    Spring rate

What you want is a 0900.225.0500 spring from eibach which is local to racetech and they can get it when doing a rear shock rebuild, I have it on both of my +4 swingarm bikes.
  2. Sundahl bick is sick letting it go already.
  3. Redline seems to be the #1 choice but it may take a little extra time.
  4. Float needles are a maintenance item, replace them if they're old.
  5. You'd be so better off using stock carbs or some pwk 28s.
  6. He said it ran pretty well then he herd it pop and immediately turned it off.
  7. His bike always had a deep sound to it from the first time it came out which I told him wasn't right, he originally had different mains in each carb, and one of the carb caps was sealed with silicone and a set screw due to stripped threads. He was also fouling plugs. I replaced his carbs and jetted the bike then when I put a timing plate on it I found a post on the stator came loose which was fixed and tested. Sucks but the guy who completely rebuilt the motor recently screwed it all up. And I found the crank seals were in backwards. The bikes in pieces in my garage now waiting on cylinders.
  8. Thanks, I really don't want to send the head back for 10 lbs of compression.
  9. Cool we'll be at pad 1 probably I'm ez to find I've got a red f350 crewcab with a 39' weekendwarrior with no stickers.
  10. Is there a way to tell the difference between a lean pop vs another type this guy's bike was put together by a yamaha mechanic and I've been fixing things since.
  11. This wasn't my bike I just sent the head out for milling. I did a leak down test before tearing it apart and the intakes on both sides leaked pretty good.
  12. I had a head milled for a pump gas bike by a sponsor. The bike has t6s, k&n filter with airbox no lid, +4 timing, and stock reads, 300 main 27.5 pilot. Compression ended up at 150. The bike blew a hole through the left side piston and broke the skirt a few hundred yards from camp on the first ride. Question is 150 too high for this set up.
  13. Missed it by one weekend, we'll be out the weekend after.
  14. No, if the bump stop is worn down good time to do new seals and fluid anyways.
  15. Start at 330-340 and work down from there
  16. Depends on temps but 310-320 main, 27.5 pilot, and needle #4 position. I'd start there.
  17. Not sure how the air strikers are compared to pwks but I'm at 48 pilot and 152 main with similar set up and CPIs. huge gains going from 158 main to a 145 during dyno tuning and it was dyno'd with t-5s.
  18. Box the motor up and send it to a cite sponsor. They can inspect everything then send it back good to go.
  19. Up your pilot one size for vf4's
  20. Who owns the black and white one think I've seen it in glamis.
  21. You need to put a price on what you want to spend. A Serval cost a lot more than a port job on stock cylinders. Also mention what kind of dune riding you do. The Serval consumes a lot of fuel.
