  1. I've got almost an identical set up ported by HJR.
  2. If so I'd say your fat on main but plug chop to be sure I'm at 152
  3. Typically 1 1/2 turns out to start on air screw
  4. Inland ATV is local to me they sell lots of stuff on ebay.
  5. Redline seems to be getting good #s and FAST. Be advised these are thirsty cylinders and if you ride in a large area a desert tank will be in your future. The driveline cylinders seem like a good option also.
  6. There's lot of good builders/ sponsor's on bansheehq just pick one. No one can say who's the best because one guys play port is going to get beat by the next guys dune port which will then get beat by someone else's drag port. Personally my bike is over built for what I do. I ride Glamis 100% and lead a group through the dunes. I use more fuel to do the same ride. My second bike has all the bolt on parts and a HJR mx port and its a lot of fun. That's what I would recommend for a dune bike.
  7. Redline is great to deal with I lost second gear last year and he fit me in and had it back to me within a couple weeks. Promod and all.
  8. Kevin will set you up, I would keep the stock carbs and save the money. Timing plate and vforce reeds next. Suspension should also be a priority. Pods are nice but be careful with the stock carbs they don't have a lip like the Keihin carbs.
  9. Mattoon makes a nice one that also uses the heavy backing plate.
  10. They probably got a bad rap because Trinity was putting some bad stuff out at the same time.
  11. When you start is it a lean bog, or a fat bog. If you idle too long with a fat pilot it could foul the plugs. You could start by turning the air screws counterclockwise 1/2 to full turn and see if it helps. Your jetting sounds close although you left out temp/altitude.
  12. I have a similar set up by HJR but with dune porting and I ran 150's, you may be able to drop your main. I would do a plug chop. It made a huge difference on the bottom end when I wasn't running fatter mains. I started at 158s.
  13. Rich on the pilot and the main is important. Put a 42 pilot in it and report back. If the main is too big it's going to bog at 1/2 throttle.
  14. Pwks are obviously larger but in all honesty the stock carbs work quit well to a point.
  15. Something else maybe off that set up should have plenty of low end, I had him do the same set up on two bikes in the last year and they both run great.
  16. 42 to 45 pilot, eek or eej needle and 188 main to start but you'll probably drop down on that.
  17. Guy in our group just got some and they went on with no problem and fit great.
  18. Where's the picture of the sundahl frame?
