    That's where that expression comes from in all you pictures, explains everything. My back hurt just watching you lift that. Good job that's a lot of weight.

    Seems like they really like more of a top end pipe like Shearers, Snipers, or CPI's. They also consume more fuel so if your running expensive gas and going on long rides you might want to rethink that one.

    That didn't take long I didn't know what the market was for a 800. I've got an 08 RZRs two seater I was going to upgrade to 1000 turbo. What did you get for it if you don't mind telling.

    You have to put a price on what you want to spend and the type of riding you do. Banshee mods are endless and can get expensive.

    If your that worried about it split the cases check everything buy new seals and put it back together. Or put new pedals on your reeds and ride it. I've had several reed pedals brake and I've never split the cases because of it.

    That pedal probably got spit out the exhaust in a million pieces, I'd replace them and run it. I've had a few get spit out.

    Unless you baked the old paint/powder off you'll have a tight fit. You may have to file a little of the powder off to make parts fit.

    100% agree Kory can make you one for like 65 bucks or so and it'll be as good as new, best investment on your build.

    The serval drinks a lot of gas, if you go on long rides stick with the stock cylinders maybe ported.

    There's no way a full size truck should be 80k, I don't care if I can afford it or not. If they didn't offer such long term loans they would lose 1/2 their sales.

    I've had them rebuild both my rear shocks, great guys to deal with, but I haven't bought their shocks. They do look nice though.

    A-arms and front shocks 1000 gone.

    You want to set a dollar amount and then we'll know what to recommend. Are you talking 50$ or 2000$ big difference.

    Your filing more off so the screw enters the body of the carb more and can lift the slide more.

    Leak down test- if it was backfiring you could have damaged the reeds.
