  1. I dont think he was really finding humor in your racer. When you show up here and just start asking people to be your guinea pig it would be nice if you put a little info out here about who you are and what it is that you do. If you are just some hack that has a hair brained idea or if you have a buisness that does quality work? A little info and history about who you are and what you do would be good.
  2. We have done several of them it works very well if 5 is the most you want to go. We just go 21 thousands per degree
  3. You can get a stock stoke crank for a lot less that 500 and if you are worried about it at all i would replace it. Not worth doing twice.
  4. LOL ya that has been the fun part. We have ordered 2 set so far and the last set fit but you couldnt bolt the front fenders back on. We have a set now that are going to work we are changing them just a little but they will work good they are fender well headers.
  5. I think Nyuk has a lower right listed on ebay pretty cheap.
  6. Get a small punch and a little hammer and just tap on that pin and it will slide right out. No dropping the needle is not going to stop fuel from coming out if it was running fine before leave it were it is.
  7. Go check the guys feedback. He listed that thing one time before for 19,000 and had one of his buddies bid on it and they actually left feedback for it lol now his starting bid is 15,000. If your buddy really bid on it to be a dick it would be funny as hell if he dropped the reserve off the bike.
  8. You have done a really nice job on your bike it looks good so far. Were you are riding at will determine a little bit on your dome size. What is your elevation and what kind of riding do you do? The 4 mill setup is a really reliable setup and i love mine a ton of power and really nice to ride. Also are you getting the bike ported because you will need to do that for your 4 mill.
  9. I would suggest a timing plate and a cool head to pump your compression.

  12. Make sure you report back to us after the dyno to let us know how it flowwed!! I will do that should have the dyno runs done by the middle of the week.
  13. If it is running out of the overflow tube you have got to have a float stuck or you got something in one of the floats when you drilled the holes for the idle screws. Is it running out of both carbs?
  14. Ok my buddy just insists on running this setup but he cant get it right and so i need a little help to see if i can get this thing setup for him. Mods are: Trinity pro mx port job trinity stage 4 pipes trinity head 19cc domes timing set a 4 dergees running a fifty fifty mix of 110 and premium fuel and a 35 mill carb. The problem he is having is 1rst thru 4th gear it pulls well between 1/4 to 3/4 throttle you open it more than that and it wants to just crap out really bad 5th and 6th gear it does not want to pull much no matter what spot you are in on the throttle. Current jetting is cel needle third notch from the top 52 pilot jet and a 215 main jet. He had a 220 main in it last time he went riding and he said that made it worse. It also bogs off idle just a bit but i figured a little smaller pilot would solve that. He rides the Oregon dunes so his riding is all at sea level. LET ME HAVE IT SNOP WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO LOL.

  16. Thanks i ran a built up 44 in the front of my chevy and with 44's i could not keep that damn thing together. You must have had better shit in your than i did in mine lol. The only reason we are running the 60 is because we already have it and i already but the 4.88 gears in it we he said what the hell lets run it. I am sure we will change it many times before we decide on the exact setup.
  17. The reson we are using a 14 bolt is becasue we took the running gear out of his other chevy. 488 are plenty of gear for what we are doing. I have 5.13 in my chevy with cut 44 boggers but with 39.5 we normally run 4.88. We run them on the dunes and in the mud we are not rock crawling.

  20. Well i talked to Cameron at redline and he said that he has done this before and they will fuel a built motor just fine like i said it is going on the dyno next week so that will give me a good idea of how it works.
  21. My buddies decided that he wanted to build a pickup so we started with a 4 wheel drive extended cab S-10 with a 4.3 V6 in it. It now has a 454 that i built for him that is pushing around 550 horse with a turbo 400 and a 205 transfer case. We are putting a dana 60 in the front and a 14 bolt in the rear with 4.88 gears and he is going to run cut 39.5 boggers all the way around on it. It should run like a rapped ape when we are done. We got the motor, tranny and transfer mount last night now just working on headers. It is a fun project i will post some more pics as we go.
