The best way to test it is to take the plugs out hold the bike wide open and kick it till the gauge stops moving and if you have 50 then you are in need of a new topend my friend becasue 50 is way to low! Does your gauge screw in or is it a rubber tip one that you just hold in?

Take it to Redline! The reason why is becasue I have delt with Cameron for years and you will not find a more helpful guy and he knows his shit very very well!! He is great to deal with very resonable on his prices the only draw back is if you want him to dyno it you better call him now becasue he is usually backed up a couple of weeks for getting a bike on the dyno.

Take the screw loose in the bottom of your float bowl and see if fuel runs out or not. It sounds like you are not getting any fuel in the bowls. Needle could be installed wrong and not letting fuel in.

Bike runs hard I have saw it run in person. Snop did a very nice job on this bike.

Does it always start ahrd or only when it is cold? If it takes 4 or so kicks to start it after it has been sitting for a few days then you have nothing to worry about.

I would think those carbs would work okay you would probably be a little better with 39's but 35's would run it.

If you can afford it a cool head is much better than just shaving the stock head. You have options down the road if you go with a cool head which is nice. A 4 mill would not be to much for what you are doing you would like the power it would give you and a mild trail bike will work just fine on the dunes you will have more than enought power to have all kinds of fun. When I ship cylinders I just wrap them in bubble wrap really well and send them out.

Well no one can seem to agree on dates and 5 votes for a time is not enough to make it happen so I am guessing if it does happen it is going to be late in the summer after all the holidays are over. Myself Saleenster and a few others will be in florence over fathers day weekend if anyone wants to show up.

Actually most chains from the factory have no master link. I am sure I will get lots of people saying I am wrong buts that okay lol. Most of the factory ones came without a master link and you had to cut a link out and put a master in it if you wanted to reuse it. And to answer your question a grinder is a much easier way to remove a link than a chain breaker.

Well looks like we are going to be camping at Odd Fellows in Florence the 14th through 19th of June. I have heard there may be a few other people down that weekend. Any of you guys going let me know.

It will work just fine guess you would just end up going through healights bulbs a little more often if they were on all the time

Mix 50 50 oil and diesel run it for about 5 mins then drain it and fill it with new oil. It will be clean as can be.

Stock carbs are very well known for the throttle sticking. I doubt you have a air leak. Take your slides out and clean then relly good with carb cleaner and also put some carb cleaner on a rag and clean the inside of the carb really well and your problem will go away for now. They get a film of oil on them and then they start sticking.

We always tape the new one to the end of the old one and pull it through that way you dont need to pull nay of the covers off. Just a thought for ya.
