what kind of arms are they for?

well for the stock motor I would at the most run 28's just run the stock carbs with T.O.R.S removed and jet them I have a set out in the shop that are suppostobe jetted for sea level with tors removed that are up for sale they have the ide screws and cable make an offer if you want it? and for my-dixie what kind of port job is on the cylinders what pipes are you running it will help out a bit

well the juggs are a different set they are a full drag ported but put the CEL needles in on the 3rd clip installed the 158's and 48's and its running a little rich but preatty damn close! idels are up about 1/8- 3/16th took it through 6th and checked them and they look fine so until I get as set of pipes to match it will be OK thank again 98_shee

what size of bore are these on and what kind of port job do they have also If you have some pics that would be great too

what do your plugs look like now with the current setup most likely if you go down dome sizes you are going to have to jet them up a size or two

before i rebuilt mine I was running 20 10 9's extremes and with basicly a stock motor -hemihead 19cc domes tors removed K&N pods and pipes it would bring the front end off the ground til around 45-50 try some V style tires I had a worrior for a bit with skat trak V style paddles and they stayed hooked and let you turn under throttle

if the rods dont spin freely you can have it rebuilt or buy a new or used one also you could do a stroker +4 crank and spend some more cash on port work ank stuff to make it run better

ya I wouldnt worry too much lokks like normal wear and tear

I cant tell you about the squish band on that motor what I would do is tear it down and go from there if the motor is older you might as well change out the seal and gaskets last i checked you ca get a complete set on ebay for around 60 bucks shipped if you shop around I have a set of 21cc domes that are beaten up on the inside that for 15 bucks shipped you can have but they will have to be milded out on the insides of the combustion chambers a touch to clean them up check with NOSS they are a site supporter they should be able to figure out what you need

I normaly just pull the coolant tube off the pump but that doesnt get every last drop out so good work better than siphoning it out

what I would do is buy yourself a compression tester and on the off season do the compression test unless you have problems during riding time check it out and see where you are at when it starts getting lower I cant tell you depends on the mods that are done to it and dome size but when it drops 20-30psi that is when I would tear it down and take a look at what your dealing with and as far as the crank get yourself a Clymer manuel go on amazon or something I got mine for like 3.00 bucks in great shape and that will show you your tolarences on bearing movement and basicly everything else you would want to know

I kinda know what you mean by its a sham but go out and get a bottle of NOS Offroad booster go to your local schucks checker any larger auto parts store its not to cheap I think I paid like 18 bucks for 16oz bottle and mix it like 1.25-1.5oz per gallon and see if you can feel a difference in respons but be careful dont mix too much it runs hott

ya man ide get the plate that way you can adjust you timing if you want to run race fuel turn it up a bit but with the set one then you cant adjust it if you want you can get an adjustable one on ebay for around 45 bucks thats what I would do

ya no big deal I bought a cover that it was plugged off so its not a big deal I would vent it since that is what they did from the factory
