sweet this is exactly what I was looking for

I got a set of stock cylinders sitin around and have been giving it some thought lately if I do it they are going on a 4mil I would like something that would tear up the trails since that is the majority of what I ride I had the great idea of going with a drag port when I put it together and if you have rode a drag ported bike on trails you know why I wanna do this lol. I am looking for specs so I know what to cut out and what not to any imput would be great

basicly 45 degree where the ports are in the cylinders just so you dont catch a ring on it

well what kind of riding do you do? the PVL is a great racing setup it revs really fast and there is lots of spark but as you know you cant run lights. the dyna you can run lights on and you can adjust rev limeters and all that other fun stuff run some tests see which one is better for what you are doing if you have the ability to tune on a dyno that will show you the better of the two

if that is the spacer they gave you that is tight 99% of the spacers out there today raise the cylinders up 2mm to make the stock cylinders work out a little but what that looks like to me is the exact same as running 4mm domes which can save some money and loose some at the same time! with this setup you will need to port the cylinders I would say drop the intakes 1-2mm and raise the exhaust 1mm but then again I am not a builder so I dont really know what the fuck I am talking about but anyone else have some specs to go off of?

hey I have a sick set of K&T drag ported cylinders if your interested in staying with the 7mm setup

what does the build sheet look like price range for the one you built I am planing on building one very soon I figure for the amount of stuff I want to get PC'd I could get the whole setup and do all my other projects at the same time for alot cheaper!

like the title says I have a set of K&T drag ported 7mm cylinders on 66mm bore will have a fresh hone on them when they are sent out they come with blaster pistons and 18cc domes all in great shape I would like to get set of 4mm drag ported cylinders in like condition. these made 95 wheel hp on 110oc with 34pj's and inframes pm for more details

I dont know about the rest of you I think those carbin fullbores look fuckin tight

billet insert is gone lots left people if you need somthing and dont have anything to trade I will probably give you a good deal just to get it out of my shop

the last set of these I saw go on ebay went for somthing like 250 plus shipping and that was with one of the silencers broken off at the weld
