  1. 35's will be just fine for it if you go with too big of carbs you start to loose bottom end if you dont mind that stick some big ones on there for the top end

  6. dont worry about the overheating you shouldnt have any problems bore them and save your money for future mods

I would second this! when I got my 4mil put together I had kinda the same thing going I was running LRD's on a drag port it had decent bottom to mid but when it hit around 5k or so the power just kinda came or gradually. I ended up buying a set of CPI's put those on there and it improved ALOT! it was a night and day difference but a clutch is alot cheaper if you can get away with it

  12. this is one way I learned from fckin around use the high temp paint at shucks or checker I think is the VHT hightemp paint! clean them with a steel woole good then ride the shit out of it get the pipes HOT then spray the paint on the paint actually bakes on the metal and lasts a long time

I run 50to1 motul synthetic do you use a ratio rite cup or just go off the bottle and a measuring cup either way it sounds like you need to go down a couple mains and pilots what put in a new set of plugs and tune it down a couple mains if it is a stock motor I would run it at a 50 to 1 ratio just go to the local auto parts/powersports store get a cup and use the recomended ratio amount per gallon if the motor is a lil more compresion pour some octain booster in. start 2 main jet sizes lower than is in there and go from there use the pilots as a fine tuning sort of speak every 2-3 mains drop or raise a pilot depending the way the plugs look if you foul out a set either clean them with a wire brush or use a new set. jetting can be a bitch just learn to read the plugs it will work out
  14. cascade does do an awesome job but if you go from cpi directly they arent too badly priced and they still look and perform great
  15. LOL nice well it all depends on what your gunna do with it in the future as of right now I wouldnt it wont make power until around 5K or so if you have a good deal on some buy them and set them aside
  16. ya definatly check the plugs and do a compression test on it to see where you are sitting! with those pipes you probably wont have alot of bottom end but get it about half throttle and it should open up alot what carbs are you running and is there any port work done to it? I had some problems kinda like what your going through and it turned out to be that one carb was washing a plug out.
  17. just run a lowering block on the linkage and you can adjust them to sit preaty damn good for all types of riding! are you imterested in any trades at the moment?

    I got some stock carbs with TORS removed and K&N pods with outerwears 80 shipped to canada and are you just looking for rims or tires and rims and do you want stock or aftermarket?
