  1. Did you use oil designed for a wet clutch? If not it will make your clutch slip. I like ATF, but other oils will work if it is designed for a wet clutch.
  2. I would try the caps, 21$ a piece WOW, i would shop around, i bought them at a bike shop in Florence Oregon for 6$ a piece.
  3. What fuel do you want to run? what bore are you on? what elevation are you at? what is your timing set at?
  4. Yes you need a kit, it comes with new tops and idle screws. They are easy to install just follow directions.
  5. I think it's 5 mega ohms, you can get ngks for 6$ a piece.
  6. Did you ohm them? they have an internal resistor that blows.
  7. Oh so you are suppose to go out and by a freaking solvent tank and parts washer before you clean your parts? It's called making due, get real.
  8. Does the vito's crank have hot rod connecting rods? I don't think they do. Hot rods are the best connecting rods you can get. I would rather have hot rods. IMO
  9. I don't like spacers, if you add spacers to the bottom of the cylinders it will throw off all your port timings and your motor will run like ass. Just get the 795 pistons. IMO
  10. Need to check your plug caps also, could have a blown resistor.
  11. I like to use mix gas, brake clean and ALOT of compressed air.
  12. I had one of their heads and domes on my cub SUCKED ASS, kept blowing orings, switched head and domes and problem went away. Go figure.
  13. I am needing some input, were is the best place to send my rear factory shock to get revalved and resprung?
  14. I shut off my pingle valve to keep them from leaking
  15. Yea, you will notice a power gain, mainly mid to top.
  16. Get rid of the spacer plate, they throw off port timings. There is NO WAY you need that big of jets unless you are running methanol. You need to figure out what is wrong with your set up.
  17. My cub ran a 4.27 with wicked big bore oofs silenced. 300ft
  18. Don't forget to drill out your fuel cap and gut it. I drilled mine out 1/4 inch and screwed a nipple in it and put a hose on it for a vent.
  19. I take off the rad cap and look and rev the motor and see if i can see anything moving.
  20. You would probably go up 2 main jet sizes.
  21. By the time you buy all the parts and labor you are money ahead to buy a new crank.
