the spark plug that came out was a sign of too much compression and detonation. was the head a stocker that had been milled or an aftermarket head with o-rings? if its aftermarket just get bigger domes to lower the compression.
and im guessing the idle screw came out while riding? if theyre stock carbs you can get the screw from motion pro or toomey or anybody else that sales the TORS elimination kit.
never heard anything good about them. ive heard that they're the worst paddle out there.i actually have a set but havent had a chance to try em out yet. my bro in law had a set on his old banshee and they hooked pretty good i guess. better than my knobbies anyway lol.
i paid $50 for mine on douglas rims. i wouldnt buy a set new.
+4 is fine. cast and billet are both fine. they have no stress on them and wont be seen so theres no reason to pay $70 for a billet prodesign. and it will actually help out in the lower rpm's not take away from it.
the front view of the craptor style plastics arent too bad but the side view is hideous! theres like a 6" gap between the radiator and grille.
typical of maier when they make custom styled plastics. my brother had 450r style plastics on his 300ex and they looked like crap too. sorry bansheesandrider.
actually fmf did make a power valved cylinder at one point kinda like a cheetah. maybe this is what this banshee has. id like to see how it runs.
