    Mine never gets iver 185 even while idling with no airflow. I use lp liquid performance coolant though. I had overheating problems in the sand before. I set my dummy light at 200.

    I do a leakdown test anytime I mess with the head. 27.5 is all you should need on the pilots. 30 was probably too big and 35 is way too big.

    sounds like the plug wire to me. it fouled the left plug, then when you swapped it to the right it ran for a few secoonds, then fouled the right plug.
