  1. This wont happen... My key has been specially fabricated from titanium alloy...
  2. Ok... Hard to install??? I have had the flywheel off my stock motor, and putting a key in that little groove and re-isntalling the flywheel is not hard by any means...
  3. Isnt the STOCK setup that of a KEY???
  4. I am looking for a K&N powerlid. New preferable, but will consider a used one in GOOD shape. If used I would like pics please... Looking for a deal! Thanks...
  5. I also have front buper and rear grab bars as well...
  6. Yes, I have the stock foot pegs, plastic heel gaurds, metal heel gaurds that connect to the pegs and plastic guards, and stock pipes and silencers. Make an offer...
  7. .028 - .030, and the NGK's out of the box are just about that, but I'd double check to be sure...
  8. I ran the search in repair/mods and did not really turn anything up... Does anyone have a good procedure on installing a degree key? I have a +4 key I want to install... Sorry for such a newb question, but hey... I'm a newb...
  9. Here is an article I found in regards to reading your pistons to check your jetting... Piston Wash? http://www.bikemanperformance.com/tech_detail.php?ta=4 I thought I had my jetting at least close ( I have not been able to do a plug chop yet becuase I do not have an area that I can wind out 5th or 6th gear)... Going by the article I was way wrong it looks like... Here is a picture of my pistons with the head off... Luckily (I HOPE), I hope I did not do any major damage because I only have a few rides on it since changing it from stock... If I have to trailer it 50 miles I will be doing plug chops... Here is the pic... I'd be interested to hear your thoughts...
  10. More importantly how hard are you riding that you a braking these on a regular basis? I have never broken one, and I ride in Michaux...
  11. Look < H E R E > and tell us what part you are looking at...
  12. What head(s) will they fit?
  13. I have a set of brand new 2006 stock pipes and silencers... make an offer plus shipping!
  14. PM sent... First dibs if they suit...
  15. I would stay away from that shop? They charged $400 to clean (2) carbs and install needles? I agree, list your mods... Also always be sure to start with good gas, new plugs, do a compression check, try to eliminate some of the obvious things first...
  16. Why dont you just rig them up so they explode when someone moves them? That way you can get rid of them anoying bastard little neighbor kids that come over and play on them when your at work... Seriously... Glad they could'nt make off with them...
  17. I did not even know there was a website called bikebandit. Obviously I did not create it from scratch! It was taken and modified from a local yamaha dealership that has a web based customer OEM lookup. I just created a split-screen format.
  18. I was messing around and created a web-based OEM Banshee parts lookup that has detailed exploded views of most of the major component assemblies. It's handy for putting together parts lists and getting details for rebuilds and spruce-ups. It's a great tool for someone that does not take the Shee apart very often! Take a look at it and tell me what you guys think. If you see any error(s) let me know. Online OEM Banshee Parts Lookup Enjoy
  19. The funny stickers are way cooler... I cant believe people would spend $35 dollars plus the outrageous shipping he is charging for $1.32 worth of aluminum... And for the record I am not just saying this becuase the stickers are my creation. I could give two shits if I sell one.
  20. I have not broken down what it cost to print them. Let me come up with a price. I have to come up with a way to have them printed individually. The come out as a set to maximize paper usage...
  21. Okay.... Here are the "Aftermarket Warning Labels" I created to replace the stupid stock ones. They are printed on vinyl and fit exactly on the factory plates, and are just as weather/water proof as the factory ones... These sample's have a HUGE red SAMPLE on the image to protect my copyright, or at least make someone totally recreate them if they want to steal my idea. Also the images here are also of diminshed quality. The stickers are just as clear and crisp as the factory labels... Here they are: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There are (2) on the Front Left Fender --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There is (1) on the Rear Left Fender, and I have (2) options for this location... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Second Option... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There is (1) on the Rear Fender just behind the seat, and I have (2) options for this location as well... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Second Choice... If there were any or enough HQ members that wanted some, I may be inclined to get motivated enough to actually produce more than the (1) set I made... I can customize or change them to suit as well!
  22. I hope their bike building skills are more up to par than their sucky ass website!
