  7. I forgot to mention, that in order for this to work you will need to have someone take a video of the troubleshooting process and post it to the video forum.
  8. Are the rubber bumbers there, and or has the plastics underneath be modified in any way?

  11. It is like some sort of virus??? I had a utility quad that I never put anything but gas into it, and I have had this damn shee for a few months and I have spent more time and money doing little things here and there to modify and upgrade it... Its a money pit! But it's so fuckin awesome! In fact... There is NOTHING wrong with it, but I took all the plastics, the pipes, silencers, and air box just to see if there was anything else I felt like doing to it???? WTF???? Can anyone explain this behavior? :wallbash:
  12. BUMP... Because I'm curious what you made??? I have been working on a set of Heel Guards that mount directly to the foot pegs... My first set should be done soon! I had to put it on hold due to a new baby... He is 4 months old now so I cant get back at it... Let us know what you made...
  13. Less is more... Spend your money on powder coating or painting the frame and your bike will look sick!!! Looking good so far!
  14. Just my .02... If the LED sticks out any amount past the surface its going to do damage when you stand it up on the grab bar. And if you get a little crazy doing a wheelie keep that in mind too... Also with your design can the LED be easily replaced or if it gets broke are you S.O.L? Just asking playing the devils advocate... Looks super good though... Nice work!!! We need Shee innovators, cool parts are getting harder to find unles you have a 4-stroke....
  15. PM sent on NERFS and Cool Head
  16. Go buy a can or Tri-flow Spray, set your shocks to the softest setting, put one foot on your front bumper, do the Captain Morgan pose and start squirting each moving part/component one at a time until you have shot every pivot point. If it still sqeaks after this then one by one use a dental tool and grab the rubber seals at the bottom and use the applicator tube to squirt a shot in the joints. Be careful NOT to tear the rubber boots. Tri-flow is rubber and o-ring safe just dont fill them up with it. There are only so many moving parts... If you dont nail it down it could be in the shock(s)... Are they stockers? Mine are a bit sqeaky actually... Hope this helps... Mike
  17. What size jets? And what is your PayPal info???

  20. Dude, where can I get one? I totally need one now! Also on this topic what are the temps you can see the pipes get right where they attach to the motor? After a warmup off idle I was seeing temps in the high 200's low 300's with a laser thermometer...
  21. lol.... That was funny... Set like a BMW in the back seat jet wheeler that starts right up better that the raptor tractor... I dont know if I can keep riding my Shee knowing this machine is out there!
  22. ok... I'm fairly new to the Banshee world here so I'll ask a dumb question. Where are we getting this temperature measurment from? Laser thermometer? Where are we checking? On the head, pipes, jugs? Thanks in advance... Mike
