for the float level, just turn the carbs upside down and make sure that the flat part on the floats, is level with the float bowl mating surface. i hate the dynojet kits. i don't like someone else giving me a kit w/so called proper jetting. i like to jet my stuff to "my" altitude, "my" exact mods, etc. what is the current jetting that you are using? also, do a comp test for us.....cold and warm. report back w/numbers and jetting specs. for carb sync, give it enough throttle (engine is off of course) to see the black dot/circle that's on the side of the throttle slide, is centered in the little glass window, on one of the carbs. then, while holding the throttle there, look at the other carb and see if the black dot/circle is visible centered in the window. if not, then adjust the cable going to the "off sync carb" and adjust until its in the middle of window.
