  3. Absolutely serious. His name is Lane and he knows as much as about anyone.
  4. No, the reed cages will be fine either way. I think Cam was right, it probably is just because it was sitting and the oil separated a bit with the gas. That is common. You should always shake the bike before starting it to get the oil mixed again wih the gas. I would ride it for a bit and the smoke will likely clear and it will idle again. Do not rejet because you changed the intakes if it ran good before.
  5. If it is smoking a lot it is not because you changed the intakes and need to rejet. You will not need to rejet just for changing intakes. Something else is wrong. Start looking at everything you did and possibly redo everything again.
  6. I have been to his shop and believe me when I say he knows what he is doing. We have a monster polisher with a 10 horsepower motor and 18" polishing wheels 4" wide but he has many polishing machines in a row plus some. Let me tell you that it is one thing to hold on to a high horse banshee on the track but try holding on to a side cover on one of those monster polishers. One slip and that cover could easily travel around that polishing wheel and take an arm off. You won't get better work anywhere. There are a few secrets to getting a correct shine on aluminum and he knows them all. Some people can get a smooth surface but you must know what you are doing to get the correct color, especially with cast aluminum. Not to mention he is honest and up front on pricing. Simply put you can trust his work and his word. Jerry
  7. tensioner one hole tensioner 2 hole Here are our new chain tensioners. Either one hole footpeg or two hole footpeg tensioners.
  8. I just wanted everyone to know that we recently started sprinkling "pixie" dust on all of our parts. Magical pixie dust not the run of the mill stuff!! Thought everyone might like to know our secrets! Jerry
  9. Buy our thumb throttles to help with your thumb and add some high quality bling. Thanks jerry
  10. That is definitely a small bore dome. The width of the ledge separating the oring from the combustion area would be about 80 thou wide on a big bore dome. That looks like twice that to me in the picture.
  11. Some domes have orings on the top of the dome. They go there. As far as the leaking this is an issue that pops up from time to time. Usually you can tighten the nuts and loosen a couple times and take care of it. If not then put a litle rtv on the washers both sides then after you run a while and retorque you should be good. Jerry
  12. We sell through many dealers. Most every sponsor on here carries our products. We also have dealers in a many many countries.
  13. Here is a link to our clutch pushers in our ebay store. You can also get them from any of our dealers. Thanks JerryClutch Pusher
  14. Many companies make the same parts as do I. Competition is only good for the winners not everyone, as is commonly espoused. This is one product that I thought was competing too much with one of my dealers and so I disontinued it. Usually my products are not associated with one of my dealers but are competing against my competition (manufacturers). This time I was competing with a dealer of mine in a way I decided was not cool. There are very few products that I put on the do not compete list but this is one of them. Good to hear from you! Jerry
  15. We are looking for a fair running snowmobile 1997 or newer even trade for our parts. Nephew wants a sled! We are in lapeer county michigan. Thanks Jerry
  16. This is a completely different throttle. The leverage on our large throttles (for no switch) does not relieve thumb fatigue much because it is designed to open 49mm carbs. These yfz450 throttles have 10% better leverage over stock yfz and about 25% better if using the longer thumb lever supplied. It will only open a 35mm "straight pull" carb. Keihin 35pwk it will open. It uses the stock TPS cable but if you choose not to use the cable you can tape the switch hole in the body and fill it with silicone. Remove the tape and you are good to go. We won't be providing the plug but as mentioned you can make it yourself easily.
  17. Here is a link to one of our completely new thumb throttles for the yfz 450 or banshee keeping the tps switch in the throttle. These are beautiful throttles. Continue to our ebay store from here for all the variations of this throttle. Chariot throttle "new design"
  18. We have 2 into 1 intakes for those wanting the low end grunt. We also have the top billet intake with mikuni and spi boots for essentially every carb. These tops also fit trinity 2 in 1 intakes. 2 in 1 kit 2 in 1 top intake 2 in 1 cable carb specific for perfect fit
  19. We have some "garage sale" items listed on ebay. You can find them in our store there. Most of the items are leftovers from parts we made for others or discontinued parts. Mostly new some used. Pretty cheap.
