Just got the nuts in a couple days ago. The problem with the previous nuts was that the second batch purchased wasn't to spec on thread depth and wasn't obvious till some heads came back with that problem. We went ahead and made sure not to have a problem like this buy having custom AMERICAN MADE nuts with the chrome and stronger for the big motors. It is bad when even fasteners aren't good from china.

We have had a to replace a couple acorn nuts because of the threads not going deep enough. We just had some custom nuts made that are true quality chrome plated steel acorn nuts 3/16" taller and beefier in diameter. These are the nicest nuts out there. All our heads going out will have these at no extra charge. These nuts and washer sets will be listed on Ebay for $18.00. If you have one of our heads and can produce a reciept we will send you a set for free.

There can't be any splits in the reeds because the center post is not present on these cages instead there is a horizontal rest or fin.

I don't think they'll compete on that size bike. As the cheetahs go up in size so does the reed cage, right? Get me your address and I'll send you a set because I am curious about that size cub and these. I would still like to find someone (with a lot of posts) with 4 mil or less to try a set also.

Like you said he only has 40 posts. The only benefit to us giving away a free product is if someone posts a lot and then will likely be on the forum to defend or critique the product. 40 posts says to me that we would get almost no exposure.

We don't make clutch covers. Check ebay listings and you'll find all offerings of thumb throttles. The difference besides color combos is the assemblies are available for suzuki style cables or threaded cables. No need for custom cables for any model.

I have given other products in the past to people and my criteria first is that you must have a lot of posts (in thousands), able to critique the part properly and for this one possess a dyno. Even though I'm sure you would provide an honest review unfortunately members on this and other forums want to be familliar with the reviewer (lot of posts). Thanks for the offer! We haven't sold cages on Ebay cause it is a difficult product to push. V force is so popular it is a kin to competing with cylinders against Calvin. You are running into a brick wall.

We manufacture those reed cages and they are our brand (chariot performance). We manufacture most of Magic Racing billet products and they also slap their srp name on our brand products. We designed these cages to outperform v-force up to 4mm stroker gas. We don't have charts and we don't push the cages because most of our dealers prefer to continue fully with v-force and who can blame them. I would be glad to send a free set to anyone who has a dyno and would like to check them out and post charts. Any suggestions on a reputable guy who would like to do this? These cages use boysen banshee reeds.

I've got the products priced as low as possible right now. I know this economy sucks so we are doing our part to help. I didn't just lower the retail price I also lowered our dealer cost so everyone does o.k.

I'd still like to know which dealer you purchased that head from. This is the only head I've heard of with that dome fitting problem. Triple plate chrome is very difficult to use on high tolerance parts but is working great-we have a great chromer. You may have had one of the first three made which would have a tight fit on the domes. I am still offering to make up for the trouble you had. How can I do this?

What dealer did you purchase your head from? The first three heads from the chromer would have tight dome areas and we milled the other heads slightly larger to accomodate the chrome and addressed the chrome specs. Your's is the only head I've heard about having a problem with dome fitment. We would be glad to make it right. What can we do for you?
