  1. I have only two of these stator cover supports. They are black anodized with airbrushed flames and clear coated. The support part is not clearcoated but still a good match. two piece[
  2. You are right and I should have held back and thought more about the subject matter of the thread. My post does not fit here and I should have not made it. I will be more careful in the future as I have been until this mis-step. Jerry
  3. I probably should not post this because I don't agree with bashing other companies. I will not bash their products, I couldn't because I have not heard bad things about them and have not used them myself. The one thing that surprises me is that they would undercut their dealers on ebay on their retail price. What surprises me more is that their dealers will still sell their products knowing this. We never sell under our minimum sale price given to our dealers and don't keep products just for us and not available to dealers. Why do dealers support a vendor that undercuts them on sale price? Other suppliers and manufacturers do this in our sport as well and it amazes me how they keep dealers.
  4. I believe you did and thanks always for insights and concerns. The only heads that will have a tight fitting dome is chromed heads. That is only part of the time because chroming is not to exact thicknesses. If people are not using our dome or a pro design dome then you may have poorly made domes that the o.d. is not held to size and in tolerance. Not to say that other brand domes are not quality but the tolerances may be too much and the dome slightly oversize even when fitting in a pro design head.
  5. He has our first model head which had less beefy tabs. I never imagined that someone would force a dome in the head so that they bent that tab. When we heard of that happening we changed the design. Our current model will withstand TNT!! Jerry
  6. Our intakes can be used with or without the crossover plate unlike others available for sale. We use Mikuni boots and provide new gaskets and hardware. You do not need to use yamabond or anything under our boots.
  7. If you are pulling at the end of the length then it does have extra leverage on a longer lever giving easier pull.
  8. Once again I will defend the claim that our Heads are made from the same material that Alien Spacecrafts are mad of!! No kidding and it is an alloy which is mixed with Gold and Diamond Dust and sometimes the hair of Unicorns!! Jerry
  9. We cut our own gaskets with a die cutter and use the best interface solutions material available. We don't sell just gaskets but with our parts you will get a gasket that will likely be reuseable over and over again. Note that they are intake gaskets. Most gaskets you get are out of pf-4n interface soutions and that is because they are made on a leased cutting machine which only provides for that material. Pf-4n is the cheapest material you can get and although it is good material it is the cheapest from interface solutions. What we use is 3 times the cost but well worth it. Not to say that the metal based materials are not great or better but in the material we use holds up and performs properly for many millions of years. Yes, it is proven that this material was around with the dinosaurs and believe it or not was the same material alien aircraft is made of!!! Jerry
  10. The us forest service works for "US". We say don't be idiots about closing areas because a stream has sediment in it, a plant is getting ridden on, the fish are pissed off. Nature always repairs itself. Consider forest fires for the "damage" they do. It is not damage it is repair. I doubt that quads are responsible for asian carp, that quads created the mother of all ruts in the Grand Canyon, and that we run over as many plants as 100,000 square mile forest fires burn up. The forest service should just say, "We don't want to work so hard so we will just shut down areas". That would be closer to honesty than the load we are fed. Maybe we should all stop hunting because a few people poach. Maybe we should shut down all good clean family fun and the let the kids all return to x box and twinkies all day long. Riding and outdoor activities keep kids off drugs and healthy and useful to our society. Closing down areas is indicative of a lazy us forest service .
  11. Honestly, truthfully, and without a doubt our thumb throttle adds 10 horsepower to 4 strokes and 8 horse to two strokes. Seriously!!! Change your cub to a "SUPER" cub by adding a thumb throttle!

  16. We have no pics but they are not snow carbs. They are the real deal and essentially brand new (10 hours). Already jetted to our 4mm cub on gas. No pics because they are at the mechanic's shop. When we swap setups on the shop bike I just like to get it done and let stuff go cheap.
