  1. If just using the bearing plate and not our stator cover portion then you have to modify your plastic cover. We offer a aluminum plate to use under your stock cover with two gaskets. You still would have to eboxy your cover but much easier to do using the plate we provide. If you buy our two or three piece set then it seals completely with the cover and provided gasket.
  2. I had to go out of town for a couple days unexpected. Just got back and will put up on ebay on Friday. Thanks Jerry
  3. Obviously I prefer our head but our's is not any better than Noss. Buy which one YOU like the best. Pro design on the other hand is a lousy design. Even stock heads push the water through the cylinders but pro design just dumps it above the domes. I don't believe there is any builder who thinks that is correct.
  4. I isn't not goin to not say nothin but what not has be said cause could resist not to be able to reply not this way and isn't gonna change that. Well said on my part!!!
  5. Yes the nut in the picture replaces the stock nut.
  6. $295 kit is everything including bearing support. $270 kit is everything as a two piece kit no .160" adapter plate for stator cover. With two piece kit you would have to unbolt the support plate to remove the stator cover.
  7. All options will be listed on ebay on Thur as well as order using just paypal account [email protected]. Just add $10.00 to price on list for shipping usps priority mail (two to three days shipping). All of our dealers are able to sell to you also. Thanks and you won't be dissapointed!! Jerry
  8. Pictures of 3 piece assembly.
  9. We have the three piece cover done and also the .160" thick aluminum plate which you can use under your stock plastic cover if you wish to use the front half. You would still need to epoxy up th e plastic cover a little bit but with this plate it would be very easy to accomplish and seal up. We are heading off to the indy show so will price the different options out on Tuesday. All pieces will be available on Thursday of next week through ebay and our dealers.
  10. We will also have them available for sale thorugh paypal account outside of ebay next week.
  11. Pictures after machining oil washed off.
  12. I won't have pricing figured out till next week.
  13. Great idea, unfortunately I've got the support plates all machined. I'll consider that on the next run. The only thing is can I convince buyers that a slot is o.k. to have. Thanks for a great suggestion. Jerry
  14. They won't be polished but there are a few very good polishers hqr's know about and it shouldn't cost more than $30.00 to have the whole thing show polished. I would have to charge about that and I've got the big 9 horsepower industrial polisher and know how to do it but hate it. The final price will be so much less without polishing on our end because then you have dealer margin and such. I will polish one up tommorrow for pictures sake. The design of this will stick out when polished. Pictures don't do it justice.
  15. Just what you see with no diff mods.
  16. It is weighs the same as the plastic but it is very strong for any terrain. I may anodize some. The trans support is a good idea even with 60 horse motors because it reduces the wear on the trans gears significantly. The nut does come with it. Complete with everything needed.
  17. Will be available next week. Options are 1) Just trans support plate 2) Trans support plate with adapter plate so can easily use plastic stator cover portion AND seal it up. 3) Just stator cover portion if you already have a support plate you wish to keep-a competitor plate 4) Two piece stator cover and support plate-you must remove support plate to remove cover 5) Three piece stator cover, support plate and adapter. This allows the most versatility. It allows removal of either support plate or cover seperately without removing the other. Weight of the stator cover portion is 7 ounces and that is equal to the plastic cover after it has been cut only to cover the stator area!!! This cover is truly light!!! Gonna see if I can take another ounce out before production so I claim it is lighter than plastic. Actually lighter than the same size plastic cover!!! Support plate with bearing only weighs 18 ounces. I believe it is the lightest out there also but designed properly with all the necessary support. Contact any of our dealers for purchase info. We also will have them listed on ebay. If you have a dealer you like then purchase from them. Thanks Jerry
  18. Color does not matter for this purpose. Viton are available in brown and black.
  19. Does the sprocket move on the shaft forward and backward. Slop on the teeth of the shaft or id. of the sprocket?
  20. The post which divides the reed pedal surface in 1/2. The end of this divider at the reed tip.
  21. It is best to leave the center wide but carve out about 3/16 inch up off the end. Carve so that the center doesn't toubh the tip anymore.
  22. Ported cages do not flow what vforce do. Vforce flow about 72 cfm if I remember correctly and the best you can get stock to flow are about 43 cfm with boyesen reeds. But that does not mean that ported cages won't work better for your setup (ask your builder). Blaster cages without porting and with boysen reeds flow about 53 cfm. Vito's carbo flex reeds are not the same as boyesen carbon reeds they are boyesen power reeds with a coating not the carbon. "Carbon Flex" is vit's name for them and it is very decieving. Vito's "carbon flex" reeds are coated so they are safe to run alcohol. That is the only difference between them and boysen power reeds.
