  1. Blaster forum is where you need to go. There's a guy on there named Ken O'Connor that really knows his shit. He's also got a youtube channel with the name: koconnor07 heres a link. http://www.youtube.com/user/koconnor07#p/a/u/1/MxLwZoysd_Y Website: http://kenoconnorracing.com
  2. Man thats cool but a shit ton of work and for what? When its all up and going what will the advantage be over a well tuned carbed Banshee? Not knocking it but just curious.
  3. owners who think 350twin = 700cc , congratulations on the math, but thats not how it works. (these people DO exist, trust me) ^^^ More than you would ever imagine. Owners waiting for the "new" twin cylinder 4 stroke Banshee to come out because they read it in Dirt Wheels magazine.
  4. If you ride in the mud and wet shit you will get muddy and wet. If you cut your fenders off you will get douched.
  5. I like those, always had pretty good luck with Dodge trucks.
  6. I think that picture is just really deceiving, It makes it look like the rod is totally crooked between the webs.
  7. Just do them both while your at it, then there is no question weather the other one is bad or not.
  8. Damn it, I been looking for one of these. Thats cheaper than what I have found around here.
  9. Tax man just put a BIG dent in my Banshee funds.

Yeah It sucks. I'm going to redo them to see if i can do a little better.

  10. 2 years ago there was new 05's and 06's all over the place around here for sale and no one was buying them and all of a sudden they were all just gone. I would imagine they found a buyer out west or something and just unloaded them cheap.
  11. Quite often a top end rebuild does not require boring.
  12. Ok, Thanks.
  13. Thats not too bad, I kind of like teal or seafoam green. You dont see it very often.
  14. Not trying to be a post rapist but what if you have fullbore plastics? Will any oversized tanks work with them?
  15. That bike is sick!!!
  16. I think you will be ok with the 35's untill you get the 4 mill. You are going to sacrifice some throttle response but it will be fine.
  17. I think 4 snow's work the best, I havent had very good luck with paddles. I think the snow has to be just right and it's usually so cold here that it's either rock hard or super powdery and wont hold.
  18. Polished pistons rock!!!
  19. It should measure right around .045.
  20. First you need to decide on a riding style and stick with it. It sounds like you are concerned about speed so you want big pipes, got vforce 3's, but you want to keep your stock carbs? That's not real good. If you trail ride get some good reeds for your stock cages, sell the vforce , buy some pt mids and your stock carbs will be fine. The one thing I have learned from owning these fucking machines is that you cant have one that is good at everything, thats why I now have four of them.I just dont have one thats good for anything.
  21. I do that all the time. It's either melted boots or gloves with me. It's a bitch to get it off sometimes but what I do is first try a little lacquer thinner on a rag to soften it, then it will scrape off easy if you even have too. Just make sure you dont get it on your plastics.
  22. Matt just did a set for me ( rebuild and powdercoat) and they are sick! They were in such bad shape I was going to throw them in the scrap pile, glad I didnt now. His service and quality is top notch !
  23. By the looks of it she should squeeze pretty good.
  24. Thats beyond ridiculous. Dont ever buy anything from them again.
  25. Well part of the problem is that the rings are not seated yet but it still sounds low to me. I would say around 155 without the head work when seated. Do a few heat cycles and then ride it around a bit then check it again. You better check your squish first!!!
