I've seen them run both ways but I run mine spacer, reed cage, carb boot because I like my stuffers deep into the reed cage but I dont know if any of it really matters. The main advantage to them is to get your left carb to clear the clutch arm better.

From what I see your name has already been drug threw the mud. The fact of the matter is you advertised the bike as something that it wasn't and the only way to make it right is give him his stuff back , take your bike back, and next time know what your selling before you list it for sale. Just because you didn't know what you were buying when you got it doesn't mean it's ok to do the same to someone else. He should be totally refunded and then it's your problem to sort it out with the guy you got it from if your not happy. That's just the fucking way it is.

I personally dont like running filters on banshee's. Something isnt getting cleaned good enough. What does the stuff your getting out of the pilots look like?

If they are that cheap get them, the porting itself can always be touched up and corrected. Just make sure you rub some epoxy over the outside of the jugs where it says "Trinity stage III"

You need to find out where the leak is coming from man. If its not cracked in half its fixable .

What head do you have? Your having way more problems with that than anyone ever does. Are you sure you have all the orings in for the domes? There are 2 each.

I still might do a camo bike someday but more of just a desert camo. The unicorn bike is hot.

It can be hard to figure out what to do especially if you want it to be "original" . Every time I get an idea It seems like someone else already did it. Go ahead and do a leakdown but I would start with your screws out 1.5-2 turns out to see what happens. I never heard of using baking soda to check for leaks, I wouldnt do it.
