anyone else? i know alot of you guys know alot about porting!!

yeah that does look a little thin but i dont think its much different than raising your intake port and tapering it. no matter what its going to be a little weaker than stock but i dont think it would break, there isnt alot of force being put on the side of the piston skirts unless you have piston slap like crazy.

i dont know alot about porting either but i just got my cylinders ported and they look VERY similar to those so i would think those should be good! :beer:

he said he charges $150, he will be riding dunes/trails. Is it possiable to make the bridge between the two intake ports to small? if so what will it do? the way he is describing it he will be making the bridge tapered as well as narrowed. raising the exhaust port, raising the intake port a little bit and i think thats it...they've been in buisness for 35+ years so i hope he knows what hes doing. lol. let me know what you guys think. thanks mr. avery and blowit for the input

damn i wouldnt think that would make you lose 6th gear, if anything i thought it would give you atleast 5hp over stock. have fun with that man

ive got a set of fmf silencers that i had on my banshee before i bought my new turbine core's. They will fit fmf fatty pipes, and gold series, maybe even stock....$45+shipping let me know

i just recently got my top end rebuilt with bore,port,pistons,and head mill and the base gaskets they gave me were oem yamaha and they fit perfect but all the gaskets i see are made out of like paper with a sealer applied to them and these ones were thicker and kinda like a soft metal gasket that you could scratch with your finger nail..has anyone ever used them? i think there fine as there oem yamaha but i dont wanna screw anything up when i go to fire it up. thanks

i was wondering if there is a left and right seal for the axle carrier bearings or if they use the same seal. Thanks

haha reported me for what saying that selling a pipe with the wrong silencer is low? and that the person selling it clearly knew it wouldnt fit? Go for it, be my guest bro. Just because your quad hasnt had a dynoport exhaust on it doesnt mean you havent owned one. If its not you im sorry i would be pist to. BUT if you got screwed over by someone wouldnt you want people to know not to deal with that person? Because i sure as hell would!!

my cousin took his cylinders off of his banshee and is going to have them ported, the guy doing it said hes going to raise the exhaust port 2.5mm and taper the bridge port and raise the intake port....does this sound about right to anyone? thanks

so i just got inside from the garage and my dad has the instrustions that came with his jet-kit (dyno-port) for his rz and it says DO NOT RICHEN PILOT JET LEAVE IT FACTORY. has anyone heared this before? i was thinking up bumping my pilots from a 25 to a 27.5 and mains from 310 to 340 does that sound about right? also do i need to change my needle position? thanks

nope not yet they were supposed to be done either today or tommarow and i havent heared anything from them. But i wont have the money till i get payed friday so its all good!! then atleast the top end will be set. Then i only have everything else to fix...haha

i got my cylinders ported and head milled .20 and and was running 310 mains and 25 pilots. How much of a jump am i going to have to go up? Im at about 200ft above sea level...thanks

thanks guys, if its milled .20 i still use a standard head gasket also right?

does a banshees stock head use a o-ring along with a gasket? all of the gasket sets i see come with two large o-rings and i was wondering what there for. thanks
