I got a good amount of hours on the torch works impeller now and its a lot cheaper than the pro design. It has no grooving after about 5 months of hard riding on it. I just checked it out the other day.

open to offers!!! -
I have my stock 96 carbs for sale. Nothing wrong with them, I just upgraded to 28's. They have the TORS removed. They come with dynojet needles and 340 mains w/ stock pilots. These DO NOT come with a throttle cable though. Very clean inside, have always been taken care of. Im gonna start at 65 bucks shipped. These are perfect for someone looking to get rid of tors but dont want the hassle. Also the dynojet needles are a nice upgrade over stock. Next is my collection of jets and misc. carb parts for STOCK carbs. I have my whole kit up for sale. Comes with 2 - stock needles 1 - moose rebuild kit needle 2 - half step needle washers 2 - 27.5 pilot jets 1 - 25 stock pilot 1 - float valve needle and everything to rebuild it 1 - bowl gasket 1 - 200 main 2 - 270 2 - 280 2 - 310 2 - 320 2 - 330 2 - 340 2 - 350 2 - 360 2 - 370 thats a total of 9 full sets of jets and the single 200 main, most are brand new or have only a few rides on them. These are probably worth close to 50 bucks on there own, plus a rebulld kit which is usually around 20 bucks, then add on the pilots, etc. DOES NOT COME WITH BOX SHOWN IN PICTURE, I like my jet box and I am gonna keep it. I will take 50 bucks shipped for all the jet stuff. If you buy the carbs and the jets I will do it all for 100 shipped. I also have set of stock reed cages with stock reeds. Reeds are fine but they are off of a 96. Only problem with the cages is one screw is missing and a few of the heads are starting to strip out. They will come out fine though. These would be perfect for someone who wants to try porting out a stock set. 30 bucks shipped Thanks!!! Paypal is TZumalt @ gmail.com with no spaces feel free to PM me with questions or offers!

Hipers are amazing. Cant find a single thing wrong with them.

I have those exact shocks and I have no complaints. I havent noticed any fading without the rezzies but I dont really go hard for hours on end or anything. I say for the money they are the best. You can add rezzies really easy later on as well.

cleanned my filters, now it runs rich

Put new plus in it and if that doesnt help them switch the plug wires and see what happens. If that doesnt do it then take your carbs apart and clean them. -
round carrier swingarm with prm z-swingarm plate
rtcc replied to official_style's topic in General Banshee Discussion
If you are very picky you will want to have the shocks re-valved for the longer swingarm. They will bolt up just fine, but will be a lot softer. -
you could add a fan or else you will need some sort of screen tear offs for the front grill. But 2 hours is a long time, if you are constantly having to clear mud off of it.

get into contact with any of the oil companies in the area. They are usually really small but there should be a few in every decent size town. All companies have bulk plants around that they use to transfer fuel to construction sights or other small businesses that dont need a huge semi tanker. All of them here in my area also carry racing fuels and if they dont they can order it for you very easily.

mines a 96 i have more pics in my gallery

Dude I know, it was always a bitch cause most people are running a lot smaller mains than my bike and it made things confusing. But a lot of people step up to a bigger pilot already too. I dont know, but my bike has always LOVED the 340's, it was always spot on and never fouled plugs or anything. Plug chop was always right on. I was usually 2 turns out on the air screws too. its always been weird.

That is what I was always told but people. The mids are REALLY strong in the mid rpms, but of course drops off. and the Highs have nice smooth delivery powerband that revs much farther out but doenst have quite as big of a hit. I still feel like I have a lot of bottom and mid though even with my high revs.
-
My high revs are different on each side. My right hand side looks really strange compared to the left, looks like it is messed up. Look through my gallery and you should find a few pics of them. Also, do a comparison between the two, I have never ridden mid revs and I was wondering how much of a difference there really is.

update: Ok I am still trying to get these things dialed in. I am trying to get the pilot right first. I have the 45 pilot in right now and it will start and idle, but will foul out when it gets warmed up. Plugs come out black and wet. I am 3 full turns out now, I guess I need to go down to a 42 pilot? Does that sound right? My bike as always liked really small pilots compared to others bikes, Im not sure what it is. For now I have a 152 main in but haven't had a chance to do a plug chop yet.

I have some stock front shocks I dont need. They arent in that great of shape and they are yellow but they would get you started if you need them. they are heavy though, and I also have a full front set of a arms but the right side has dent in it, again they would get you riding. I just need to get rid of them they are taking up room
-
thats what I was thinking, the other side looks really good, I think you went lean it burned up. Check those carbs and boots out as well

what does everyone wear for helmets?
rtcc replied to peterlocal22's topic in General Banshee Discussion
I have always used Thor helmets. Did anyone see the write up in the Quad magazine a few months back? They did a huge story trying to find out what is best for helmets, it was super confusing but when it was all done they said as long as they are certified they should be ok. The 500 dollars helmets mainly just have better features and lighter construction materials or rediculous graphics. Not always the case but most of the time.
