I doubt if mine will be under warranty because I think we purchased it pretty close to when they 1st came out, but I will check that site out. Mine is in the upright position on a stand in a module with a fan that was made for it. My son does play it for hours sometimes, so Im sure it gets pretty hot. Here lately its made like a grinding noise when we turned on or just switched out games. Thanks for the quick responses.

That was probably Tim you talked to, he's the owner and fabricator, nice guy! My wickeds with his brake lines, dual lines non coated though you will need to buy you some brake line holders. If not those lines will rub the PCing right off, not from being to thin but from all the movement/vibration.

No I think their the ones that have been drilled and retapped to fit the br6s for a better sparky to help resist the oil build up commonly caused by the factory non sparking arrestors. Have you adjusted your cable at the perch/lever? should only have a little bit of play, maybe a 1/8 -1/4 at tip of lever outer.

Welcome! The tires were your biggest down fall, start out in 2nd, but you better make sure you do some dry runs to make sure your not going to bog it out the hole. As for the jetting, pretty simple if you think you can take the carbs off enough to get the bowls off and get the mains out. That would be the one right in the center with like a plastic cup deal around it. You could replace with 240-260 if your going to run with no lid, if not just leave it. The other jets will be fine, but unless you have a proflo adaptor or something simular the filter will not stay in without a lid. Now when you get pipes thats whats going to wake it up and if you keep the lid on 280 main will do, and lid off 290-310. Hope this helps, you may be able to find a clymers manual download. Just to let you know, the 450s are pretty sick, so dont feel bad if you get beat with your mods. Good luck!

That otta work fine, Im pretty sure I had 13/40 with 104 link stock size. Like MJ said you could take one link out, and it could fuck you! I think thats what I did on mine when I still had stock swinger, ended up to short and had to put 2nd master link in.
