Yamaha have annouced the 2010 Banshee. Will be available next month. If anyone wants one its about 6000USD

This is the bike i'm getting close to beating. Just need a better start and i think i'll have him. Honda TRX 450 ER8 (2008) Complete built August 2008 I have put the very best components available in this Quad It was built with the intention to race the 2009 season . It is a Top built quad, based on current American Pro build,but tuned to run on 98 ULP , it does everything right . I feel with the right rider it is capable of winning any race in any MX class in Australia. The cost to replace this quad is over $30 000 . It has only done a total of 10 hours . To replace the PEP suspension,Arms,Swing arm...would cost over $8500. I will give the new owner ongoing support via ATV NRG if required . Will consider offers over $15,000 as below Front: PEP PB1 ZPS Long travel with fully adjustable Ride height, crossover springs, compression and rebound damping adjusters Rear: PEP ZPS Dual Rate springs Long travel with fully adjustable Ride Height, Crossover springs, compression and rebound damping adjusters A Arms: JB Racing long travel with fully adjustable Camber and Caster steering geometry with Honda TRX 450 R 2005 steering knuckles and hubs (05 set up Allows Quicker and more precise steering than 06-08 set up due to closer steering pivot inclination to wheel centre ) . Not sure what the clutch is called. But when you go to a stand still you can be in first gear and not have the clutch in - nearly like an auto except manual gear change. Remember these bikes were professional race bikes bought second hand. There is about $30,000 worth of suspension, bike and engine work. I assume most of it suspension... it is awesome to ride... dont feel a bump. I change my filter from uni to K&N. Was going to get a port and polish done from a local guy but a couple of other people dont recommend him because hes not a pro port and polisher. Most people recommend sending the head to the US and getting done properly.

anyone heard if 2010 coming out yet? Getting later in the year... they must of made their mind up by now..

I have filter. They're stage IV trinitys and vf3. How do you change the timing

couple of guys I ride with bought second hand race honda with all the works. Shocks, pistons, cams, exhaust, computer, filter etc. I ride a banshee with pipes and reeds. I want to beat them, what do I need to do? I have beat one of them with a heavy rider but was beaten by about 4 bike lengths with light rider. Another I can come close to and the third I have not raced but apparently he is the fastest. One has a clutchless bike too. I run a sand ghecko, but wondering if I should run those tyres that come with standard Honda?

Not sure what the compression is. I assume its standard? All i did was put filter, reeds, jets and pipes. What about aviation fuel. Being doing a bit of research and most people say no..?

Im only running regular fuel in my banshee, sometimes i'll run a premium. Is it wise to add octane into a premium fuel? Will it run better/ Is it better for the engine? Thanks.

I have a slow leak coming from underneath the transmission case (the left side). I had a look under the bike and it looks like the seal is loose or something or buldging out? Does the case just need to tightened? It's a new bike with 10 or more hrs use

Gets too dirty with the lid off.

Does anyone know if Yamaha will continue to make the banshee after 2009? Also anyone know if they will make a Special edition banshee for 2009?
