  1. No Way! Unless your just planning on showing that bike, or you just want to throw that money away. Tuff times right now, I would think you could find some guys wanting to cut some deals.
  2. I hate that chain lube shit, all its good for is making a mess, and hard to get off, your right it gums shit up. I usually just oil it down real good with some type of motor oil and wipe the excess off, works as good as anything.
  3. I have never noticed a difference, but didn't want to steer you wrong. Sometimes though, if it sets too long I'll throw it in my 4 stroke instead. Only the best for the banshee!
  4. T6s would be a great pipe if you just want bolt on mods and no porting. The t5s or the shearers if you think your going to build it, I have never used the shearers so I don't know much about them. A lot of guys have them, Im sure you'll get a few more anwsers.
  5. If you dont think its bad and other than a few stiff spots, I would oil the thing down real good, or soak it in oil and see if that helps. If you haven't allready.
  6. Yep you need to rejet it, no pipes hu? You prolly need to jump up to atleast a 260-280 mains then do a plug check.
  7. That one doesn't look bad Speedy, but I think I would go with the T.M. Design, looks like much more protection. One other thing, you can go up one on the sprocket with the T.M.
  8. Sorry that post did not come out quite right, the last part wasn't showing up when typed, and couldn't delete cause its not showing.
  9. "in 5th and 6th it will hardly pull unless i pretty much ""redline the previous gear and keep it on the pipe."" but ran strong on top-no sputtering I would try dropping the main a little or as MJ suggested play with the needle, and do a plug chop. but ran strong on top-no sputtering but ran strong on top-no sputtering
  10. Seems like the 340s would be a little rich, I had that same setup on my 03 and ran great with 290s with the lid off and k&n. My ele. 650-800 so I would think you would be around the 310-320 with the cold weather, and set your needle on the 3rd or 4th groove rich side.
  11. T5s if you want to build, t6 if you want to stay more in the stock range. Try the search button.
  12. Good starting point would be 45-50 pilots and 155 -160 mains, if your weather conditions are cold start with the big jets. Needles in the 3rd-4th groove from blunt end and air mix. screw out 1 1/2 turns from lightly seated. WELCOME!!
  13. Like 05 said! It does change your gearing depending on the size, try it and see, you may like it.
  14. Someone advertises it with the stock and the modded one side x side, I thought about doing it but opted not to. magz, I haven't seen any how too's but im sure this would be a breeze for you if you were thinking of doing it.
  15. Wouldn't have expected any less from you, sounds great!
  16. Not to many out there that look good on the banshee or worthy enough, Im kind of partail to the stocker or none.
  17. I just installed the modded shaft, easy spring and the star and haven't had a chance to try it out yet. Hope it isnt too easy. lol
  18. Nice job Lowbuck, looks like you have done a hell of a job so far, and I bet your prolly about ready for it to be over with. Its been a long timely task for sure but you were the man for the job. Very professional! And to everybody that pitched in. Wish I could be there for the give away.
  19. Are the juggs ported and if fouledout isnt inter. in the carrier let me know.
  20. Please,.. he has no idea whats in there, so how could you? Don't be leading these new guys astrae! I mean yea, Its all kind of a guessing game untill we have more facts, but for you to tell him he needs an all new clutch. Thats a little exstreme, dont you think? I really think you need to study up some more before you give anymore "jump the gun" advice here.
  21. :shoothead: lol
  22. No it wont hurt, but really helps keep the chain in line, and from throwing it as easy but you can run without.
  23. Did you buy stock or after market? You may have to use spacers.
