Ok, so, I was driving my bike and it just slowed down and turned off then wouldnt start. I took it for inspection and they said that my pistons had seized. They now want to bore the cylinders .010 over (68.25mm pistons). Jeff told me that the cubs are made of nickasil so they cant be bored. I am abit confused here ? Can nickasil be bored ? or else what should I do? or should I add a new 68mm piston and it should be fine? Any info/help would be really helpful. Thanks

Timing is set on +4. About the T5's yeah... some other ppl told me to get CPIs or some bigger pipes, could that be the prob?

No I haven't, but I put brand new gaskets and o-rings and re opened the cylinders to check the gaskets and all is fine

Hey guys.. I just got cubs dune ported by Jeff@FAST. I had stock cylinders with some mild porting, and a 4mm stroker crank before I got the cubs. They pulled PERFECTLY on all gears. I had 330 mains and needle on 3rd clip ( I am at sea level ), on my 36mm mikuni flatside carbs.. Although, after I got the cubs with the same carb setup the bike no longer pulls at all. I mean it doesn't pull at all. For ex, I am on 4th gear going somewhat slow (not too slow at a point it will stall, but just cruising at 4th), then I pin the throttle at WOT, It would take like 4-5 actual seconds to actually start pulling and the hard pull to kick in, instead The bike just bog and slowly increases speed then suddenly pulls. My old cylinders used to pull everywhere, if I were to pin it from going slow it pulls. I have tried 330,340, and 350 mains and raised needle to 4th clip and still no pull on the cubs, I am running klotz supertechniplate oil at 32:1 ratio ( using premium pump gas) on 22cc domes. Hey guys, I was riding my bike on 6th gear ( full throttle ) for like 3sec then the bike starting giving some sounds and then it felt like the bike was braking (as if some1 hit the front brakes hard ) and the bike turned off. So when I tried to start it, the kick start wouldn't kick. It was locked it wouldn't move down. I then pushed it to my house, and tried to kick it, the kick starter now works, but when i kick it, it just feels dead, and you dont hear the noise of the spinning flywheel or anything, it just feels dead. Hey guys, I want to know what are the best mods I can put on my Banshee with $2500. My bike is installed with Toomey T5's, Mikuni Carbs, K&N Filter, Vforce valves, 4mil Crank, Pistons, and Coolheads.

I have a K&N filters with Vforce3's that all. Btw i mean the Inframe CPI's not out of frame ones from the side. Thanks
