  2. I forgot to say I drilled and taped the sensor right into the head
  3. I broke my first autometer gauge , I bought a liquid filled haven't installed it yet :biggrin:

  7. i had a float stick and it filled my pipe with fuel about 1/2 a gallon, but it wouldnt run until i fixed it

  9. i dont have any better pics but if you look i have pro curcit silencers on my CPI Inframes. I cut the pipe off the silencer, took it apart, gutted it and then drilled holes in the end piece to match up with the holes in the flange from the CPIs, bolted the end piece on and than put it back together.

  15. i have never looked at the back of V-3 but the hole in the back of V-2 looked at lot smaller than the back of my 39 PWKs, that seams like it chokes air flow I sold my V-2 and went with modded stock reeds.

  17. with the mods you have the next best bang for the buck is porting. the cool head is not going to add HP unless you go higher comp, which you can do to yourstock head for the cost of peanuts. you don't have to get bigger carbs at the same time but you would have to rejet. Thats my.02
  18. just to let you know you would probably have to buy a new front fender to put the stock tank back on because if that oversize tank is like mine you have to cut the front fenders to put it on. my banshee was my first quad, i had a 250r atc in high school though my suggestion is to get a ratio right so you have a consistent mix.
  19. i would do a comp test it sounds like when i broke a ring. i got away with new rings and gaskets :thumbsup: i hope your that lucky.
  20. i have a 10mil super cub and when i trail ride (not often) one of two things happen alot you either wring the tires or if you do get traction you you catwalk all over. it depends on the trail if its a faster trail and doesnt have all kinds of sharp turns so you can keep a good speed up it's not that bad but if it's a slower trail it isn't much fun. i would go with power valves

  22. i ran alluminum bars with 3/8 heims ends if you look just above my front sprocket i have one there also. :thumbsup:
  23. the low and mid power is great but the size of them and the way they ride is not, i would buy a cr500 motor and put it in a 250r or a 400ex frame it would handle better and be more fun thats my.02
