i blew my stock shock in about 4 days so i bought another stocker and was hopeing i could just change the spring to get by and buy a works shock later.
im trying to get a friend to check the squish. im in Kuwait right now. what kinda squish number should i be hopeing for? I dont rember what jets and needles we used.
im running a 10 mil stroke with a supercub, 25cc head the timming is at 7 although im thinking alot about running 8, cpi inframe pipes, 39 pwks
the running temp is around 180 - 200
is 195 and 190 psi too high? the reason im asking is because my plugs are backing out, like 5 time a day at the dunes . i run 110 octane and it runs great but something has to be wrong.
i have a set of 10 paddle haulers i think they are 21x10x10 you can see them in my pic i would take $200 for them I live in Grand rapids MI, or if you are going to silver lake I will be there on AUG 24th.
I'm sure it does.but the main reason i want power valves is I think it will help my poor driving ability with a much wider power band. meaning if i shift a little early it will still accelerate without needing me to clutch it to get back the rpms. thats just my thought.
for a +6 can you just replace the spring? what does revalveing do? what happens if you don't revalve it? how hard is it to swap the spring, need any special tools?
sorry for all the questions I'm only going to be home for 12 days and I don't want any problems
I have a 10 mil super and i really think i should have spent a little more and got the cheetah with power valves. but just remember if you go much bigger than 68mm you will have to split your case to bore it out so the cylinders fit. i would port your case if you go that route
i didn't buy mine from him but i do know he ports them before they get niked so there is no chance of screwing it up. i wish i would of thought of that before i bought mine
