It looks to me that you made it a single spring buy squishing the top one down like that.? The top spring has to be able to compress and release to do its job. Looks like you don't have it valved or sprung correctly for your weight. Thats a really nice shock by the way :thumbsup: Ryan

Does your clutch arm line up with the pointer on the cases? Follow your cable to where it meets the cases. There is a pointer on the case and on the clutch arm. See if they are lined up. Ryan

Call Kevin and talk to him. I had one season on my topend when I sent my jugs to him and they only needed a hone. I bought new pistons, but then again they already had a season on them. You may not need a bore is what I'm trying to say, however you may want to get some fresh pistons, just talk to Kevin. As far as the domes, my port job dropped my compression by 25-30lbs, no shit. I'm not sure if thats common or not, but thats what mine did after the port work. I only have 165lbs with 17cc domes, so you may want to get you some 20s. He said to run at least 160lbs. Here ya go. I'm waiting on a new frame from nyuk, he's got it at the powder guy getting a coat of Reflex blue. My plastics are trash, and are going to be replaced very soon. I will post updated pics for ya. I had my a arms and swing arms powdered white, and my hubs and carrier powdered blue. This winter everything esle is going to get a coat of one or the other.

I think I have a good stem. I also have a brand new set of allballs stem bearings. Let me check, we could probably work something out towards them shocks :biggrin:

+1 For HJR, I have a dune port on stock stroke and it absolutely rips. I'm going to get a 4mil dune port from him this winter without hesitation.

I need a tire that will hook and launch on a moist hard pack dirt track, and slide around a barrel at high speed. The four strokes use anything from hoosiers to turf tamers to holeshots. I am hesitant to follow their lead because of the power delivery. What are your experiences and suggestions. Ryan
