Has anyone ran the 08 yfz shocks on their shee yet? They are supposed to be preload and compression adjustable. I'm thinking of selling my works dual rates and snaggin some of these babies. How would they sit on +2 arms and a 220lb rider?

The 17s are sold. Still looking for 18s, but I could live with 19s.

Check to see if your slides are in the wrong carbs. Also check to see that your choke tube is hooked up. Set the air screws at 1.5 turns out. Report back.

I just got a set of 34mm pjs, the kid I got them from said they were set up for alcohol. They have 180 mains in them, and they are complete with a throttle cable. I need a +4 round house swinger, 33mm pwks, vf3s and cpis or shearers. I also have a set of chrome t5s for trade. If you want better pictures just ask.

If you get those Rockets I would trade you a set of chrome T5s if you wanted to.

Not to mention that those colors wouldn't match ANYONES bike! haha

Check your float levels.

I run them on mine for horse shoe racing. They will lower your front end about 3-4 inches. They are not trail worthy at all. They bottom out on dry cow patties. But they are great for lowering your shee for racing! I run an R6 shock on the rear of mine and it sits low and level.

What carbs do you have? I have a new spider thats electronic trigger automatic, 3 round burst, 6 round burst, selectable rate of fire, etc.......

I thought about that not long after I posted this.. I think thats what I'll do!

First of all a fly wheel puller is only 10 bucks off of ebay, tell the stealership to f-off. Check to make sure that the choke tube is attached and that the float levels are correct. Also, I know that you just put new pilots in it, but check to see that they didn't get plugged back up. Especalially if you cleaned your carbs with a q-tip, the pilots will get clogged up time after time with the q-tip fibers. Are your carbs synched? Try some 27.5 pilots as well. If it fired up on both cylinders, and then cut out, it sounds to me like your pilots are clogging. Also about your compression test. Your supposed to check it wide open throttle, on a warm motor. If you have low compression on one. or both sides you can pour a little pre mix oil in the cylinder and re-perform the test. If the compression rises, that is an indicator of worn rings. Try all that and report back. Ryan
