  1. Although the vacuum pump will work, you can bleed them for free and save yourself a trip to town. Take the lid off of the master cylinder and keep the fluid level full. Then crack the bleeder valves on the calipers and let the fluid run out of them for a while. (I catch the fluid with a cup and reuse because I'm a tightass) Make sure that your bleeder valves are working and not plugged up. Take them off and see if you can blow through them. Just let the fluid run through the system for awhile and shut the valves off, put the lid on and you'll be set. I just did the yfz450 brake swap last night and it took me 10min to bleed the system, just as described!
  2. What did you use to buff them? I sanded my plastic down using the same technique and they do not shine at all.
  3. Just think about how the nieghbors will treat her when she gets home hahahah
  4. Agreed. I run Propegs on the Banshee, they have held up nice for three years now.

  7. +2 means +2 per side. The stock lines will work with full flights, don't know about wickeds. YFZ shocks will work with the full flights. The difference between the two will come down to personal opinions. All of these topics have been covered pretty thoroghly and can be found by using the search button in the top right corner of the screen. I'm not trying to be a dick, I'm trying to help you. You can find all the answers to your questions with the search button.

  11. If you want more power, and need a new crank, this is the time to go +4. Contact a builder in the "sponsor spotlight" link at the top of the page.
  12. Trim them badboys.
  13. I busted a set of the cheap MSR chrome bars. I bought a set of Renthals and they feel very comfortable and have survived three crashes. I have actually bent two stems and the bars are still mint...
  14. No! home is where you make it... Goddam boy, everybody know that.... Hahaha classic.
  15. DAM!
  16. Both of mine looked brand new.
  17. 20" fast trekkers. I ran three sets of tires last summer Holeshots, yfz450 tires and the Fast Trekkers. The Fast Trekkers hooked up to 100 times better than the other two. We ride down 3 or 4 miles of gravel to get to our riding spot and these tires showed no sign of gravel wear. In fact they practically looked new at the end of the season. If you want a tire that will hook on anything and last you a while, the Fast Trekker is the tire you want.
  18. Just buy one, they are $10 new! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/YAMAHA-BANS...sQ5fAccessories
  19. Are you and ELKARACING_SHEE brothers?

  21. Hahah, you smoked a 450, great feeling isn't it!
  22. Oh ya I forgot about that. I cut the adjuster bolt down to a minimum and put a regular nut on it. Also, the bulk part of the lever hits the kill switch, so you have to rotate the kill switch to get it to clear.
  23. Haha, sounds like a hillbilly hospital!
  24. Get the sand paper tips for the dremel, it will work great.
