I'm getting ready to send GT Thunder my rear shock for a rebuild. They are going to respring and revalve my rear shock for $170. Thats half of what Elka and Works want for the same services. With 18cc domes and +5 timing you should probably run a little more octane than 91. Check your compression when you gett it bolted together to make sure.

They measure 14" on the bike, or off with no weight on them?

Sweet! I rode an 07ltr this weekend, that suspension is the cats meow. You cant beat the price either, those are cheaper than the yfz shocks I have seen lately! Were they a direct bolt up and go, or did you modify them at all?

I had a stock stroke 68mil cub and hated it. It would pull pretty good on the top, but it had absolutely nothing on the bottom. I just got a 4mil dune port stock cylinder motor that I like much better.

I do not agree with WORKS. My experience with works has been moderate at best.

I've got black synthetic off a super mag. I think they are the same as the express though.

If your trail riding and light jumping, works will be ok. Just make sure you don't settle for the first cheap set that comes along. Wait and find a set thats setup for your weight and arm length.

Cool trick! I put the 450 brakes on mine and just gravity bled them. They are MUCH easier to bleed than the stock banshee brakes.

I'm pretty sure you just take the red and ground it, I can't remember for sure. Anyway, all you have to do is ground one of those wires, just try them one by one and see what works. Start with the red wire, I'm pretty sure thats it...

Make sure they are setup for your weight and arm length. If they are setup for a 150lb guy with stock arms and your a 200lb guy with +2 arms, they aren't going to help you much.

Your going to need a new shock.
