Sounds like your either out of fluid, or need nitrogen, or a combo of the two. Its probably rebounding up so fast because your low on fluid or nitrogen and the spring is the only thing working. You can pay a shop to service it for you for $100 bucks or so, or buy a good used one for $75...

PM returned. If you bend or break one, full flight will replace it, no questions asked. They are setup for stock length shocks, thats why I'm selling them. I bought a set of Elkas, and the guy I bought them from declined to mention they were 16.5 inches long. So I'm going to run a 450 front end. Also, the pics don't show it, but there are a few scuffs in the powder. Overall they are a 8 out of 10 cosmetically.

Full flights, 2yrs old, all hiems are in good shape. Bolt on and go! They are powdered, not paint as well.

So how about 16.5" tripple rates? Also, is there a specific year to look for, or will all the 450 front ends work? I want to do a complete conversion with the brakes, spindles everything but the shocks.

Anyone with 450 arms, what shock length would be optimal? I know that it sits low, even with 450 shocks, which are 1 1/2 longer than stock. What length would make it sit level?

You've been here for three months, this shit happens all the time. The guy doesn't want to take advice when he asks for it so let him and his "mechanic" figure it out. Its a very easy fix and three or four people have already told him how to fix it. If he would stop being such a dick bag, he would already have it done.

Get ahold of NYUK, I'm sure he has some stock front lines with the splitter still on it. As far as bleeding them, fill the resivoir with fluid and crack the bleeder valves on the calipers and leave them for ahwile. Make sure you keep the resivoir full. Tighten the valves, top off the fluid and put the cap on the master cylinder. Gravity bleeding is the only way to go, if you don't have a vacuum canister.

300ex shocks will lower it, but you may have to put some stiffer springs on them. +3+1 arms will make them really soft. I run 300ex shocks on mine for racing with +2+1 arms and they are pretty dam soft.
