  1. First of all, you have some nice clean bikes! Second, you didn't clean the carbs good if you didn't pull the jets and blow them out. Is there any chance you put the slides in backwards? While looking into the back of the carb when its on the bike, the cut away (half moon shape) should be facing you on the carb slide. Also, check to make sure that your choke tube (rubber hose) is connected between the two carbs.
  2. Send me your address, I'm sure I have some due to the fact I seem to go through about 3 topends a year...
  3. You can pick up a set of new Full Flights for around $350. They have 12pts of adjustment on them. I ran a set for years and they were good arms.
  4. Your screwed! Try an air hammer or save yourself the time and headache and just cut it off! PM NYUK on here, he will most likely have all the hardware you need and he will ship it the same day.
  5. Go to a tire shop and ask them if they have some sort of bead glue. My little tire shop puts some sort of bead glue on all of our four wheeler tires. It makes it a bitch to change tire however I have yet to see one come off the bead due to riding. I will find out what its called for sure tomorrow for you.
  6. I'm really down for whatever. We just kinda planned on going the first weekend, but mostly everyone is open to whenever. If the middle of october works for everyone, so be it!
  7. If you have intakes that will fit 35mm carbs, you don't have to do any glueing. I just bought the caps and put the valve stem in one of them. Just make sure you have a good low pressure tire gauge.
  8. Mastercraft courser htr 265-70-17s they are a 10ply tire and have less than 100 miles on them. I will trade them for parts, roller, pipes etc.
  9. You should go ahead and order the longer adjusters. On my 35s, I have the adjusters almost all the way out just to get the throttle to open all the way up.
  10. We are heading to the Little Sahara dunes in Oklahoma either the first or second weekend in October. Locogoto suggested that we should make it a BansheeHQ ride. Can anyone make it? Which weekend works better for you?
  11. Sounds like you may want to look into a mx port. Your stock carbs will probably work pretty good for that type of riding. Call Jeff at FAST Racing, he will take good care of ya. http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/index.asp As far as the nerfs go, check out AC Propegs with the heel guards. They have a nice wide foot peg like the IMS. I have had works and Elkas for shocks and the Elkas are so much better it aint even funny. However the works were alot better than the stock shocks and didn't cost very much. The dual bead lock wheels are probably a little over kill and very expensive, look into some ITP Bajas. I have never ran the fast flex bars, but the guys on here that have them swear by them. Here is a very good transmission upgrade write up. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=119164
  12. This is a very important step!
  13. Those little kids were rockin that place. Cool vid!
  14. Haha, sorry, brain fart.
  15. Thanks for you help! I hope its not though.. The clutch feels and works great though, I have ran about a tank through it. What would happen if I rode it and didn't have the ball in there?
  16. What do you mean by 1.1mm squish?
  17. Stock banshee shocks on +3 arms? Thats going to be soft, especially if you are a bigger guy.
  18. can somebody measure the clutch rod ball with a pair of calipers and tell me the diameter! My son found a ball bearing on the shop floor and it looks to be about the same size... The one he found measures 11mm.
  19. Clean it up and post up some pics for guys wanting to do this in the future.
  20. I have a relocator bracket. It relocated the switch under the seat. There was a dude on here making them out of heavy plastic. Send me your address and I will give it to you.
  21. You just got done building that bad boy! Do you still have the bajas? Send me a price if you do. For anyone wondering, this is a great guy to do business with!
  22. You would see about 10-12 psi raise in compression. You may notice a little bit more bottom end power, but thats it.
  23. Well, I already bought a new one, I was just wondering what I could do with the old one. Your price on a new crank is killer!
  24. I'm down for one. Are you going to have them done in time for the dune trip?
  25. Who rebuilds cranks and how much is it have done? I have a 4mil long rod hotrods crank that ate a rod bearing. I want to know if its even economical to have one rebuilt. I already talked to Jeff about it and he thought he would have to send it out to have it done. It will need a complete rebuild, any ideas?
