  2. For someone who plans on going bigger in the future, the cool head is the way to go. We all know that eventually everyone goes a little bigger, its inevitable!
  3. Thats exactly what you should expect when you send your shit out to a company with "boyz" in the title?

  5. I'm trying to gear up for the LS HQ ride in october and will need some tires for the new motor. I weigh 225 and I'll be running a stock frame with a +6 and a drag ported 10mil cub with a 2-4. I understand thats an odd motor/swinger setup, but thats what I got. I've never bought tires for sand dragging so I don't even know where to start. Any help choosing the buff/RO/height/number of paddles etc.. Thanks!
  6. The only thing needed to ride out there is a day permit. They cost $12-$15/day, can't remember for sure. No sparkies or sound checks. You probably could pull a trailer out on the dunes, but its really not needed. There are campsites on the north and south perimeter. Looks like there are going to be a stack of fast bikes out there. Can't wait to see them all in a line!
  7. I can slip out of the hole with my dd lockup. Its all in how you setup your springs. You can run light springs and slip outta the hole a little bit if needed. The one draw back to running a dd style with a cover is the clearance for your brake lever is severely reduced. I run nerfbars on my bike and it was a real pain in the ass to get the brake to clear the cover comfortably.
  8. If your going to get resivoir shocks, get the stage threes. Not being able to adjust my shocks would drive me nuts. With that said, stage threes would be the absolute most I would put on my bike. The Elites wouldn't do anybody much good if they weren't heavily involved in mx/xc riding.
  9. Bump for one sweet ass swinger. Might do a trade for a nice chrome +6 or something of value.
  10. Depends on how much you want to spend. You could get the shift drum with the bearing mod from WCR. Also as mentioned, shift star, shift shaft mod, bushing for the spring that goes on the eccentric screw adjustment. New bushing for your idler gear ect.. Check your basket for wear and tear, if its grooved real bad, get ahold of FAST and order a billet one. Check your inner and outer clutch hubs for wear. Its a good idea to replace those anyways since they are only $55 bucks for the pair. Pancake bearing is a good idea as well. That would pretty much do all the tricks to your trans, unless you want a duneable!!!
  11. TTT all pms have been returned.
  12. Connect the choke tube, then try adjusting your carbs! You MUST have that choke tube connected.
  13. Hahah, if you don't I will.
  14. You know I expect you to walk me through the process of adjusting my chain, since I'm the only one that actually helped you.

  16. Get ahold of FAST racing. www.farmandsandtoys.com Jeff has everything you need top to bottom and builds one of the best 4mil stock cylinder motors I've ever seen.
  17. -1 Jansen Swing arm only. Its in great shape and the chrome is top notch. Due to the new motor being completely freaking knarly, I'm forced to put a longer swinger on. It pains me to see it go, but I gotta buy more parts. Its still on the bike right now, but I will pull it off this week sometime to put the new one on. I will post up better pics when its off the bike. Looking for $300 bucks.
  18. Thats pretty sweet right there! I think I'm going to pick one of those up.
  19. The T5s will work ok on a stock cylinder 4mil motor. However a set of Rockets will come on sooner and pull alot harder.
  20. Send me the specs and a price on that rear Elka please.
  21. Sawzall. You can use a grinder, but thats going to be a giant smokey mess!
