  1. The powerband will not hit harder, just sooner with a lightened flywheel. You will like the results, everyone that tries it does.
  2. They should be 180 degrees apart. That's why there are two pulse triggers on the flywheel.
  3. I charge $35 plus return shipping.
  4. A friend of mine put them on his Banshee. He doesn't jump at all, and said it helps being lowered for drag racing. From the looks of it I wouldn't do any hard whoops or jumps with them installed.
  5. I just bought a Armadillo front bumper for my wife for Xmas. Haven't installed it yet but it looks good. After she opens it on Xmas I'll post some pics.
  6. I had a set powdercoated several years ago, and the heat melted the socket inside the arm. Maybe if they don't heat them up too much, I have a friend that has a home do-it-yourself powdercoat kit that uses a heatlamp, that might work.
  7. I bought a few from him too. It was like $19.95 each with free shipping if you tell him you are from the HQ. Nice product by the way. I put 4 of them on and they all fit good.
  8. Like Boonman, Banchetta, Forcefed, Big Mike, Justintoxicated, the Cabinboy, & Bansheeman8 all said. Very well put.
  9. I think the only advantage is that you can ride alone after removing them, because it will be so loud no one will want to ride with you!
  10. I have the 34mm Keihins, but have found the same thing to be true.
  11. Sounds like you need to adjust your needle. If it is rich, raise the clip which will drop the needle farther down into the main jet.
  12. Had some time in between flywheels today so I finished up the shift star. Here are a couple of pics showing the backcut neutral.
  13. Yes, most people mill the entire head. How much you can take off depends on many different variables. Most people just take off .030"
  14. I agree, you won't have any problems. It will work better than stock.
  15. I don't do it on pavement, but on sand mine will pull a 6th gear wheelie.
  16. I agree with Tim. I always use my cable luber before going riding. A few shots of WD-40 and it's smooth as silk again.
  17. I have the info you want in my toolbox in the shop. I will get them and post it tomorrow. You will need to have a carbide 1/2" End Mill to recut the nuetral backcut. I will also post a pic of what a finished one looks like.
  18. Probably just a small piece of dirt in your needle and seat. Usually you can clean it out and it will work fine. If you are lucky, you can just tap the side of the carb bowl with the plastic end of a screwdriver and it will stop.
  19. I also have the Oakley's, the triple foam is great. Way softer than the other brands, I think it seals better too.
  20. You can get Wiseco pistons, rings, wrist pins, and gaskets for about $130. Look through Dirt Wheels, there are several places that sell them.
  21. No benefit except a lighter wallet.
  22. +4 or +5, about the same.
  23. I saw a Crankenstein motor at Little Sahara many years ago that was setup that way. It was a snowmobile topend grafted onto a Banshee tranny. It was fast!
  24. I bought the +2 +1 JD arms with new Works triple rate with rezzies, made a huge difference in the way it rides. I can literally fly through the whoops!
  25. My Durablue Eliminator is still holding up fine, put it on 3 years ago. Anything is better than the stock axle.
