  1. I detail my quads pretty much after every ride, then wipe the frame, footpegs, axle ect. with WD-40 afterwards. Then Armor-all the seats. Keeps them looking new. My SUV is another story, I only wash it a few times a year. Reason being is where I work. As soon as I wash it, the first day I go to work it looks like it hasn't been washed in a year! Lots of mud and dust out there
  2. I like the look of the black wheels with the black tank plastic.
  3. I ran mine lightly and varied the throttle for 4 or 5 tanks of fuel, then let'er rip after that.
  4. Go to "my controls" and scroll to the bottom of the page, the change password feature is at the bottom.
  5. Ahh yes, Pate. I remember him from awhile back.... he was a scammer AND a smartass
  6. I've never used the Chariot head, but I've installed a Noss head. If I remember right the domes did sit flush with the rest of the head on it. Like 05.Banshee.SE says put a little grease on your o-rings and make sure they are seated correctly. Maybe someone that is familiar with that type head can chime in.
  7. "Rev-limiter eliminator kit"? He must mean the TORS units.
  8. Yeah not long after I got my Shee I learned to stay on the gas off the jumps. The first time I jumped it I let off at the last second and she nose dived on me. It was a smaller size jump I was practicing on, so nothing bad happened, but yeah the Banshee is definitely a gas on jumper!
  9. Those tires are HUGE!
  10. The cracks allow more air causing it to lean out. The lean condition will burn the engine up.
  11. Custom ram-air intake, sweet!
  12. Yeah I'm around sea level with Fatty pipes. I use an EHS outerwear lid which is similar to the setup your talking about. I run 300 mains.

    Going Broke?

The seller should have ate them..... that's a rare find!! lol :yucky: :yelrotflmao:
  14. They only boost repair bills......
  15. Those pipes have a really low, deep sound. They do sound unique.
  16. Lil' '98 Chevy Blazer. Had it for years and it still runs good. Combination work, play, grocery gitter and Banshee hauler!
  17. Looks great, man
  18. Haha, those are pretty good
  19. I read an article awhile back on them and Arctic cat is claiming they are the fastest accelerating production quad made. (stock for stock) I don't know, I've never ridden one.... but that is a heck of alot of motor, though!
  20. I don't know about the NGK's, but the Yamaha plug cap assembly part numbers for a 2006 Banshee is 1m1-82370-30-00 according to the Yamaha website. I don't know but I assume that covers all years. Hope that helps.
  21. Yeah they aren't cheap. When I was first in the market for pipes I was wanting a set till I checked out their website and saw the prices! I didn't have that much money to spend at the time.
  22. +1 on the Raptor for trail riding. Reverse and unreal torque make it a good choice for tight, wooded trails. They are a blast to ride in almost any riding terrain.
  23. Man he's got six bids on that thing! I guess each to their own. Think I'll pass, though....
  24. Looks great, man. I like the looks of the half cut over the fully cut method.
  25. Wow now that's a run of bad luck... the expensive kind, too! Hopefully everything will go better this time around.
