  1. I'm sorry to hear someone try'd to steal your quads, but glad they didn't get them. I have motion detectors on the outside of my shop that awaken me and let me know in the house if someones around it without them knowing. Then, I have a loud audible alarm in case they were to get the door open. I also have camera's that I can see the shop in my bedroom, so if I get woke up by the motion alarm, I can instantly see what's going on outside. I think these days there's no such thing as too much security.....
  2. Hey cjc, do you know if the event is still on for the Auburndale Speedway on August 2nd? I checked the calender but it only had July posted. That track is close to me and I'd like to watch the races.
  3. I hope one day I can, definitely looks fun. Around where I live you don't see hills anywhere near that big.
  4. You Coal Hill riders have all the fun, wish I could go riding with you guys sometime! From what I've seen on the video's those hills up there look awesome!
  5. I can't get the link to work, what kind of clamps are they?
  6. Welcome to HQ man and congrats on your first Banshee!
  7. Sorry to hear that, man. Where was the truck parked at when they got stolen?
  8. LOL, that was good! :yelrotflmao:
  9. Finally got a copy, congrats man! It's good to see an HQ member in a mag like that. The collage is a great idea, too.
  10. Seeing this thread reminded me it's probably getting about time for me to repack mine....

    FIRE TRUCK

    lol :yelrotflmao:
  12. I don't have a picture of any mounted, but here's a pic of an aftermarket set. The pieces that are shaped like a J go on the top with the A pieces on the bottom. If yours are A shaped on top and bottom then someone has modded it because I'm pretty sure the '89 models were J-arms..... but someone else may want to chime in that has an '89.
  13. Sounds like your dirtbike buddy is trying to sabotage you! You definitely don't want to run straight gas in a Banshee. I use the Yamalube 2R oil, and mix a little rich at 24/1 ratio. 16 0z's to 3 gallons premium gas. Yeah your buds bike must be oil injected with a seperate resevoire if he doesn't pre-mix.....
  14. That grill looks sweet, savage420. The bike is really looking good man, you've done alot of work to it this past year.
  15. You can see them on each side of the snorkel, on the carbs.

    Joke Wars

lol, Heres another one...... A woman is in bed with her lover, who also happens to be her husband's best friend. They make love for hours and, afterwards, while they're just lying there, the phone rings. Since it is the woman's house, she picks up the receiver. The best friend listens, only hearing her side of the conversation: "Hello? Oh, hi.... I'm so glad that you called.... Really? That's wonderful.... Well, I'm happy to hear you're having such a great time.... Oh, that sounds terrific.... Thanks. Okay. Bye bye." She hangs up the telephone and her lover asks, "Who was that?" "Oh" she replies, "That was my husband telling me all about the wonderful time he's having on his fishing trip with you."
  17. I want one of the plastic ones, it doesn't look as cool as the chrome but it will save on bike weight! lol
  18. My copy never came in, I called Dirtwheels and they said that it must have gotten lost in the mail. She then said they were sold out and they would add a month to my subscription, so I have to wait till the stores start selling the August copy.... should be any day now.
  19. I think it'll be awesome! Like you say the great handling of the YFZ chassis with the explosive Banshee power should be a really great combination.
  20. Man, sounds like you've got one tough kid! Hope he recovers as quickly as possible.

    I need one!

lol, yes one of those would be great!
  22. +1 on that. I run the Fatty's and think their a pretty good all around pipe. From what I hear the Toomey T5's are great when modding the engine.
  23. Couple of people at my job ride those, not sure if it's that model. They claim around a hundred miles to the gallon. I think your making a good purchase, the savings in fuel/gas money should be quite a bit.
  24. I installed some of those axle bearings on a friends quad awhile back and as far as I know they are still working good.
