  1. You can use it with stock pistons and rings. The size of the domes you would want depend on your elevation and what type of fuel you want to run ( pump gas/ race fuel) Talk to David at Noss machine and he can help you determine what size domes you need. The o-ring kit comes with it along with acorn nuts and washers. It works with your stock studs.
  2. +1 on that. I just recieved mine from U.P.S. the day before yesterday, and installed it that evening. I am very satisfied with it, ....... money well spent.
  3. Thanks, I appreciate the info. I will order just the o-rings. My springs appear to be in good shape, so I'll just re-use them. I had the dealer install the pipes after I got them, and I think they used the stockers. It's so expensive to have the work done that I want to start learning to do the basic mods myself. That's money that could be spent on parts! This forum has tons of useful info and is very helpful, thanks again.
  4. Thanks guys, I'll check into a new set today. I've got a Noss head on order, so I'll plan on doing the pipes at the same time. That should give me a few days to get some.
  5. So I would be better off to replace them with new ones?
  6. Hey guys, I have a question involving re-installing my pipes. I have F.M.F. pipes on my Shee, and the pipes have turned brown and purpilish blue from the flange out around 6 inches. After researching the threads I have decided to remove them and try to clean them up with very fine steel wool and chrome polish, Followed by high temp paint on the inside. Is there some kind of gaskets on the exhaust ports, and if there is should I buy new ones or could I use the same ones? I just don't want any leaks.
  7. Not really sure what the difference in them are. I have an 06' Banshee and an 07' Raptor, and when I bought each of them I guess the dealer registered them and I recieved my stickers in the mail. I live in Florida and both of my stickers are green.
