  1. Oh okay, I found the site but assumed an account was needed to search. I'll check it out.
  2. Any thread links?
  3. I'm close to sea level with Fatty's and outerwear lid and I use 300's. A little rich, but runs well......
  4. Yoshimura is a good pipe.... Had one on a Warrior and I liked it alot. My nephew also runs one on his 660.
  5. I've never used this, but heard it works well from an ATV magazine. Just a suggestion. http://www.properautocare.com/plreformoat.htmlVisit My Website
  6. You could tell he saw it coming at the last second, but not in time to get out of the way!
  7. Hey as long as it safely gets it to the riding area, heck yeah!
  8. That does look sweet!
  9. +1 Definitely a dangerous race. Those trophy trucks are barreling through there wide open pedal to the floor. Be careful, and good luck with the race man.
  10. When I purchased my Banshee I went by the owners manual recommendation and started out with Yamalube 24:1. It doesn't foul plugs and runs good at that ratio, so I figured I really didn't have any reason to lean the mixture. Awhile back I removed the head to install a Noss head and the pistons/cylinder walls looked great. Where I live doesn't have alot of riding areas, so I have to trailer to do any real riding. I don't get to ride nearly as often as I would like, plus I have another quad which I alternate riding. So the amount of oil I buy isn't really that much of an issue. Just explaining my ratio reasoning.
  11. Yamalube 24:1 here, I just go by the owners manual on it. Never fouled a plug and runs great.
  12. Fulmer AF-R, I like it. I think I paid about 130 for it.
  13. What happened to your chain adjuster?
  14. I haven't compared readings with other testers, but I have a 155 reading with 21cc domes at sea level according to my Craftsman. That should be pretty close to what they should be.
  15. Got my pipes from Alba Action Sports
  16. They sell them at Sears department stores. I paid around 60 dollars for mine. Here is a link, but I'm not sure about shipping. From what I saw on it it is order and then pick up at the store. If interested you could contact them about it for possible shipping. The kit I have is the one at the top. http://www.sears.com/shc/s/search_10153_12...mp;gobutton.y=8 SEARS From what 2001Stroker says the Matco's are a good option, also.
  17. LOL, that's what I was thinking....200 bucks for jets?! That e-mail exchange was entertaining
  18. Haha, that's wild! I learned a long time ago which one's of my crazy buds not to ride in the back of a truck with when they're driving! lol
  19. I don't know anything about the Matco, but I purchased one of the Craftsman's awhile back and I'm very satisfied with it. Very good quality. IMO it was well worth the price.
  20. I have the gold series Fatty pipes and they are pretty much an all around pipe. When I switched from stock to them I noticed power increases in low, mid, and top end.
  21. Always liked the music of these rockers! LONG WAY

    Fail

lol, there were two of them there.... why didn't they just pick it up and set it in there?
  23. I've never used the K&N lid, but I use an EHS lid like shee4speed was talking about. I like it alot, it works well and looks cool. The best thing I like about it is it repels water. The K&N is pleated, so I'm not sure how well it would work if riding in wet conditions.
  24. I used to have an old Suzuki RM400, it was also hard to kickstart. As far as a Banshee, I kinda like the fact that it doesn't have an electric start. You never have to worry about battery maintenance. Also, it kicks over fairly easy, so no problems there.
  25. Yeah, same here. I've never actually timed it out, but estimate around 1 and a half to 2 hours. I have similar mods. I remember that even when mine was stock I noted how much fuel it used, then when I modded it... it used even more.
