  1. anyone got an old kick starter layin around? mine.. fell off pm me what u want for it
  2. heres what she wrote me back when i asked what she had on the banshee other than the $30 boost bottle that would make her lie and tell everyone ebay it had 16,000 into it: "i have been totally berated for this auction and I am tottally upset with it all, I was told by the owner that this is what they had, if you are truely interested in the bikes then send me your phone number and I will have them contact you directly, if this is a question that has no relevance, then good day.
  3. he makes a hell of a fried cat fish as well
  4. just got my swingarm from smoking 2 stroke, its in awesome shape, the bearings wernt even seized in, they came right out, and its even freshly painted silver ,awesome price, looks great, thanks again man,
  5. you arnt running on toyo street radials or something.. any offroad tire wobbles a bit alot of people have problems with ITP tires being out of round too, ive read alot of complaints about the HD and the GNCC's, i own the gncc's and they are definatley out of round, they wobble h orribly at high speeds on a road especially, but either way they will all wobble becuase of the knobby treads, if you have itps though, chances are they are outa round too, i sent an email to them about them being out of round, becuase lots of people have the same problem, and some have gotton new tires shipped to them for free, but my email was ignored , so i wont buy itp's anymore
  6. id say yamaha too, they got something for everyone, banshee, yfz450, and raptor 700, are the 3 most common quads definatly, at leaast where i have ridden thats mainly what u see, those 700 raptors are everywhere now too
  7. do stock banshee shocks bolt right up to a blaster with no mods?
  8. why is one of your rear tires backwards and one forwaards?
  9. brand new tusk brake pads, front, left and right sides, never opened stock tie rods stock reed cages with good pedals in them stock front shocks stock pipes its all up on ebay, so offer me anything reasonable, money, trades, whatever, i have no use for this stuff , its just takin up space, and id hate to throw stuff away,
  10. ive heard the same thing, time to re sleeve i heard anything over .080 over and you risk overheating and other things
  11. something not right,, its one thing to lose to a 450 from a dead stop,if u launched bad or bogged a gear cause they have great torque, b ut u should easily catch up and pass by 4th gear, but if your coming up next to him , arleady rolling, you should just walk away, those 450s shouldnt touch you once your in 4th gear
  12. i used to do 4th gear sit down wheelies with no clutch, no problem, on a stock banshee, either your banshee aint running right or you arnt leaning back or pullin up hard enough...
  13. they are the same thing, banshee axles were just wider stock, i think one of the hubs was different though, probably the brake hub
  14. shocks... lay off that bc skunk chris
  15. 35 pilots are huge
  16. get em new so they are valved and sprung for you and your type of riding, if you buy em used , chances are your gona want them resprung and revlaved anyway
  17. ive always heard the opposite, that works is always a little on the soft side,, ,i got some AT steelers , triple rate with remote res's for around $600, they work awesome, soak up hard landing and ride like a cadillac on rough trails compared to stock, but like one of the guys said, the average rider doesnt really even need $1500 shocks, waste of money, for your average rider dong aggresive trail riding, with some jumping ect, any aftermarket shock with resivours will work awesome, especially because they will be valved and sprung for your weight, and that makes a huge difference, the only thing that stock front end is good for is scrap metal
  18. yea no reason for +1's, as the banshee is already very narrow get some +2's and some better shocks and itll make a stock banshee feel like it was a walmart brand
  19. im just telling you what i was told by a reputable builder ,im sure u know him.. he does porting ect.. im not gona name names, the funny thing though is thoseboost bottles claim increased throttle response (if anything), i tossed a stock balance pipe back on after riding with the boost bottle and maybe its in my head, but i swear the throttle response was alot better with the stock tube
  20. debris is carb is not a good thing, sort that out first before anything, and letting your bike idle with new plugs isnt gona tell u much, do a proper plug chop , warm it up with old plugs, shut it off, put new plugs in, start it up, go WOT to 6th, shut it down and take them out, put the old ones back in and ride back
  21. why chnage the pilots on a stock motor? and ditch the boost bottle if you still have your old balance pipe, they dont help performance at al, ive actually heard from someone they saw with their own eyes, a 1.5hp increase by puttin the stock balance pipe back on
  22. check for air leaks anywhere, and do a compression test
  23. you need to give some info, like what jetting you are running, mains and needle clip position , air filter/box setup, something alot of people do with those k&n's when they clean them, they over oil them like hell after, that will cause your bike to run rich as hell, also, theres really no point on running an aftermarket silencer with those boat anchor headpipes, get rid of them, you can pickup a set of used headers on here or ebay real cheap, , also what kind of premix and ratio do u run?
  24. pods are 2 seperate k&n's that mount directly onto the backs of the carbs, not a good idea to run them unless you ride in the dunes or on pavement or somethin, without an airbox they would be covered in mud and crap within minutes
  25. if its a good hardware store, you can get anything you want, better than factory, the one by me has a whole rack of chrome bolts/nuts/screwws
