  2. bump for a red headed step child
  3. bump for a new yawwk pimp
  4. ive ridden both many times, the 700r has awesome torque, u can lug it in 3rd gear on tight trails and it just keeps pulling like a tractor, but yea it lacks top end definatley, and they still sit up kinda high and of course you need to widen it too, still kinda top heavy stock, the yfz450 likes to be revved, its got plenty of torque but it really likes to be revved high and ridden hard, they are a little small and cramped and im only 6 foot, both are great machines and im sure you would be happy with either
  5. does your girlfriend have a sister?
  6. apparently hes never seen a harley with REAL ape hangers..now those things , they are ridiculous
  7. you could always have someone weld in some gussets to strengthen it up after u bend it back, howd u bend it, wheely gone wrong?
  8. the shocks will come valved and sprung for your weight and riding style (trails, mx ect) u tell them that when u order them.. they are very easy to install, 1 bolt on top, 1 bolt on bottom..as far as the leagers a arms go, im not sure if you have to reem your spindles, but for the prices they charge, i would sure hope not, the arms should come complete with new bushings installed in them usually, as far as seeting ride height i have no idea, but im sure it comes with instructions and if you passed 8th grade, u should be able to do it, getting your shit all lined up how u want it will take a little bit, small adjustments, ride around, see how u like it, maybe adjust more, its not hard by any means though, just takes a little patience when you are messing with the tierods and stuff, suspension work isnt rocket science though you will have no problem with it
  9. he said its been ported? even so, probably still a turd
  10. i call bullshit on thjat,, their claim of 188 ft lbs of tourqe to the crank, BS< lets see it...
  11. the bike wont idle if the black box on the frame is still plugged in the bike wont rev if the parking break sensor is still plugged in
  12. yea those armadillo a-arms are awesome, all chromoly , awesome balljoints, strong as a tank, i got in a nasty crash with em and they just barley bent a tiny bit, and rocky mountain sent me 2 brand new balljoints, for free, air shipping to, you cant beat rocky mountain, they even back products that arnt theirs, i called armadillo directly, and they said theyd sell me 2 balljoints for hhalf price each, so i called up rocky mountain, and they sent me 2 brand new, free, cant beat that, the powdercoat on them is great, and they even sell matching +2 a arms guards for them for liek $70, very nice strong a arms, cant beat the chromoloy for that price! powdercoated tie rods too, i love them i didnt see the works shocks you are talkin about tho, the link was only the a arms, i got some triple rate works at steelers with remote rez's for under $600, they got them dialed in from their factory awesome, im sure elkas ride better, ive never ridden em, but for $1200+ they better, the works are awesome, and compared to the stock setup the thing is night and day, it rides lik ea cadillac , soaks up everything, you can ride so much more agressive with good suspension, nothin like nailin some whoops pinned in 4th gear, for the money you cant go wrong
  13. hahah wtf? never heard that one? like the shee siad, how in the hell do you get your head in there, with a flashlight and magnifying glass!?!
  14. if shes hot, post some pics of her on the banshee if shes not.. then who cares
  15. figured id let eveyrone know, got a good condition kickstarter from him, no rattling at all, still tight, great price, thanks again
  16. DG is crap from my experience with one of their skidplates, cheap soft aluminum , i rode with it for about 30 mins and somehow a whole weld split in half, and you could tell it was welded horribly, no pentration , just on the surface, thing fell apart , look at the bottom of it, and it barley had any scratches on it PRM skidplates are the way to go from what ive seen, they are tanks
  17. bogging on the top end? main too rich
  18. the people porting your cylinders should be able to tell you a good starting point for your jetting, with your other mods, everyones "dune port" would be different iom sure, theres no 2 alike, im sure you will have to fatten it up of course, after all what would be the point in porting if u dont burn more fuel? more fuel + more air = more power
  19. the best place to ride if you live in new jersey, is pennsylvania, unfortunatley i live in NJ too, we go to PA were they have some freedom
  20. sometimes being different isnt always better

  22. no reason to be a dick ...is there?
  23. well you got me good there, i cant lie, haha, sorry, i didnt realize what they were goin for untill after i made that comment in the other post about the swingarm, then looked on ebay and saw.my bad man, i was just thinking of it from a size standpoint mainly, but i guess when u think about it, lots of people chnage thier swing arms but not many have a reason to chnage kick starters, my bad, i guess the blaster ones must not be in demand though, there are tons on ebay, but the banshee ones are hard to come by i have noticed now, hopefully no hard feelings, didnt mean anything bad by it, i was just surprised no one answered any of my posts on here or e2s ewhen i posted in the wanted section, didnt realize they were so rare, anyway yea id like to get that one off you if you still wana hook me up for $35 shipped? let me know, thanks
  24. they arnt, its just a myth, 2 strokes are cheaper and easier to work on, and if put together, tuned right, will last just as long if not longer than the new high strung thumpers, namingly the 450's, at least the raptor has a more conservative compression ratio, but from what ive seen they are definatly not as reliable as an old 2 stroke, too much technology = more things to go wrong = gettin towed outa the woods by 2 stroke
  25. anyone know if it will bolt up to the shaft on the banshee?
