  1. If you go back through the history you can read the whole story. but in a nutshell the domes that came from passion were absolute fucking dog shit. most crazy looking things ever seen. looked like a 7 year old went crazy with a lathe and hacked a bunch of shit up. bike would overheat and deto idling around if i remember pastrys story.
  2. haha with 3 kids shooting 25k rounds is a years supply, gotta get it when you can get it. Absolutely everything has been on shelves here except 22 and im starting to see it once in a while. Hopefully it gets better. Of course there are some less common rounds that can be hard to find, but i reload everything but 22 so idgaf. Trying to find powder on the other hand is like pullng teeth lately unless you are willing to pay double.
  3. locking them up can never hurt. If a thief is hellbent on getting it yes they will, but that is a very specific type of thief. It seems most thefts around here are tweakers or scrappers looking for a quick score. Too much effort and they will move on.
  4. What about fuel supply? have you checked flow out of the petcock? cleaned the intank screen?
  5. you said you swapped plugs but did you swap wires side to side? See what im getting at? Did you make damn sure the carbs are immaculate clean? a clogged idle circuit could cause this as well
  6. swap plug wires side to side see if problem follows the wire to the other side or stays. if it moves to other side its ignition. if it stays you need to look deeper. could be as simple as a bad plug cap.
  7. Fucking morons all of you 36:1 is where its at. carry on

I used to feel the very same way. I got a glock 19 and 23 and had ZEV do a full grip reduction and triggergaurd double undercut. What a difference. Wish i would have done it sooner. Glock should make them that way from the factory
  9. Rotary table will make your life much easier but if you dont have it you will have to do what you have to do. I also use a carbide cutter, only the surface is really hard, id guess about .040" or so after that it machines pretty easy, just keep the coolant or oil on it and take your time. As far as reliability, this will in no way change that. The stock set up only ever has 3 dogs engaged anyway. Why yamaha even put 6 on the gear is a mystery to me. good luck
  10. Yep this time of year glamis is a ghost town, another couple weeks it will be hotter than fuck out there. No more riding till halloween
  11. Nice item great price lmfao, dude's an assclown. Only person more dumb than him is the one that pays 99 bucks for a junk crank.
  12. You cant run that, it has no ignition windings. That was a custom unit Gayry built for an EFI project. He can wind you up a 200 watt unit with ignition though
  13. Hahahahah that fuckstick has got to be kidding. Even minkia couldnt get 99 bucks for that thing
  14. yep and most of that weight is probably the cylinder

Not a freefloated rail. would not hit
  16. Hey oneton, the scandium is an alloy i believe kind of in the weight range of magnesium. My buddy is a serious 3 gun nut and he has a scandium frame revolver with titanium cylinder and it is unbelievably light.
  17. Pretty absolutely positively sure he was being sarcastic
  18. Loco should start another site called ChassisexpertsHQ.com
  19. It appears he is feeding it off of the stock petcock location so there is no reason you couldnt leave that on reserve
  20. I also have a DC gayry stator, they are the shit.
  21. You still have the blue plastics? i really want a set but cant find any clean ones. If they arent scratched i could probably go as high as 450 let me know
  22. And this folks is why we cant have nice shit, because this fuckwads vote counts just as much as each of ours.
  23. Even with killer lights the dunes can be very hard to ride at night. Its almost dissorienting (sp?) if that makes sense. So the bigger the better. Even with LEDs, the bigger the reflector the more light they will put where you need it. The trend is smaller and smaller lights but that isnt necessarily the best way to go for function. What i have found to work the best for me is a light or 2 with a wide pattern and a lot of spill so that you can read the contours better and 1 light with a little more of a combo patter for distance. I find dessert type terrain and woods much easier than dunes at night because there are objects to give you a frame of reference. More on topic to the original post i used to run a 6 pack rack on my shee with a 1.25 or 1.5 gallon can i found at ACe hardware that fit perfect. Only problem was with my shearers, the stingers aimed right at the bottom front corner of the can and started to melt the can a bit after a couple long rides. I started to feel uncomfortable with having a bomb strapped down back there. I ended up getting a 4 stroke and its what i ride mostly now. If i were dead set on doing it again i would build some turn down end caps. just my .02
