Take the cylinders off fill the water jackets see if they leak into transf hjr goes a lil to nuts in those tranf tunnels

Porting went through water jacket if ported not sure I know I have personally had to deck cylinders on more then one occasion what kind of straight edge are you using a machinist rule or like just a price of metal

I have them, but allways have couldnt tell u if there would be a diffrence, asphault is all about the clutch tune, I leave at consistant rpm and adjust base pressure for best 60ft, my suggestion is dial in jetting 100% before u tune any other aspect of bike, tuning clutch and chassis all changes on engine tune, take your time write shit down if done rite it will get easier to get down the track

Dude: leakdown test that motor properly before your doing a mo t or sooner than u want , you cant tune in a crank seal

Sometimes the area where the o ring seals is grooved from the oem head gasket floating a lil , might need to be decked a lil

In a 1/4 mile my bike sucked the bowls dry just fyi if your experiencing any problems keep that in the back of your head

You can lead a horse to water guys ! I have seen more of these yfz conversion front ends look like shit . The fact that the biggest hold up to the op is a spacer says to me you shouldnt be cutting anything , if you can cut arms you can cut a spacer ace hardware sells all sorts of shit

On there defense I didnt order these parts originally the bikes owner did, so who knows if these are even alba arms im going with his word. When on gas my stock cyl drag ported bike chopped perfect at 180 main in 40 deg weather I ran a 182 with no noticable diffrence with a decent port job I would guess mid 170s im at sea level

I always grind the exh floor in a way to aid the ring in coming back in cyl , there is more to it than measurements I gave the op some measurements as a guidline but what transpires in the tunnels and behind the sleeves is what matters, just remember when starting out less is more

Ygr your on with pilot but with no lid I have had them chop perfect at 290-300 on main

Take your time dont rush and dont get discouraged another tip , dont do one jug then try n match other I use the same toll as long as I can on both jugs . Like ill both intakes at same time same tool then switch tool and do both intakes with that it saves time and keeps everything on plain with each other

Also the bushing that rides on the sprocket seal gets grooved big time can cause issues, clean with scotchbrite polish up and flip it around
