  1. the biggest problem I found with asphault is being consistant, launch limter, clutch tune will get you consistant . Just by holding the throttle you will never leave the same way twice and if your feathering the clutch you just brought in more variables, I use a tach off a go cart works well and is easily removable if street racing, I have never ran 1/8 but I can easily get through all 6 , imo a 6 speed is a must on pavement
  2. Only with air box lid off with lid on 240 is perfect

Take each lead set meter on ohm, on the 4 pin con check from each pin to stator plate you should get an infinity reading if you get resistance winding is grounded testing pin to pin you wont get that reading and yes they can test good and not work has happened more than once. I knew it was one way or the other with the resistor plugs just thought I remembered the wrong way sorry for confusion. Did you just powder frame or any other mods

  7. How did you leak down test it ? Also run resistor plugs with that coil next swap out that stator I have had issues with shee rider 11 bike with that stator , jetting is not terrible for a starting point that's most likely not your problem
  8. What pistons came with it when measured with an analog caliper bore will measure small use the 65 mm bore measurements and check it out ,don't discourage him guys this is how I stay busy . What I wanna no is who did u get these from and let me guess he told you very little use on em classic sales pitch
  9. If you want a sleeper drag port stockers if done rite they could have potential to beat on cubs

Rod doesn't make it 4 mil or not you could have ss long rod put motor together rotate tdc to bdc and measure stroke I'm assuming your running 573 wiseco 68 mm pistons rite. #1 they are blaster pistons so head cut for banshee pistons no good .#2 most stock head won't clear a 68 mm piston unless made for it # 3 with all these variables I doubt your gonna make it 20' and doubt people will help your buddy , it would take extensive work to make that work
  11. I have always had good results if stock port 42-45 pilot 185 main on ported bikes have gone as high as 210 on mains and 52 pilot
  12. Cgl is same taper and diameter cel but is a diffrent length if you have trouble getting her tuned on clip position might need cel dek is richer needle and my choice for nicely ported stockers with 33s
  13. Nothing is what it seems or people dont know what they have. You stated everything was brand new on top byt ill bet he fried rings while he was trying to get it t o run rite, have piston to cylinder wall checked and check ring gap, b4 u tear the head off again check squish you could have a terrible domes set giving you the issues to with the compression

  18. Just making sure even if its drag ported 19cc domes should yeild static compression way higher than 140 , on one of mine I run 20cc and kick 180 psi on a 4yr old motor

Does the piston come out past the top of cylinders? 2 things either you have a 4 mil like you think and your compression is way down with 19cc domes or you have a stock stroke long rod and numbers would make sense usually stroker domes will have +2 or something like that on it. Plus try and stay clear of mixing fuels your not a chemist
  20. What size are dumps and mains and main reason for cutting one float off is to make it less buoyant to allow fuel in longer b4 closing off

  23. Did you check compression? Also keep in mind not every oil likes cold weather it will seperate especially with av gas
  24. Those pipes like 30 pilots and rich on the needle with no lid I would go all the way rich meaning furthest clip from blunt end and go from there main should be close
