  1. Stock box with lid 260 main 30 pilot needle 4th clip 1 turn on air screw, take the lid off and bump mains to 280 . Go with pods start at 300 main
  2. 4k goes quick on supporting mods, pay attention to detals and you won't be sorry. It seems lately 10 mil is an average build
  3. Are you climbing sand or like step up hill climbs like loco used to
  4. Where do you ride? Another thing to think about is changing the crank seals and checking to crank IMO it's a must as a precursor for portwork. And it's best to let whoever is portiing the cylinders do the bore job and match the pistons , I know when I port I like to get it close bore the cylinders then degree it up and final port and chamfer blend . A good chamfer n blend can add to ring life
  5. Just read 18 dm , get a bigger swinger
  6. You might be able to drop base pressure and leave the arm you have but you need to invest in some tooling and start the process, read the lockout thread, I also feel u have too much weight on the arms
  7. Too much base pressure on the clutch, now depending on your weight ,+10-+12 . If you don't weigh enouph and are strutted things can happen, it will blow the tires off and have you chasing your tail , or it will load the clutch more and your problems will get better
  8. Now your talking .
  9. When I first started porting I bought I bought a few diffrent software options, I too got lost in the data and numbers . I stick to my style now and use what I know
  10. Glws those have a ton of work done, that's a 7-9 Hundo port job
  11. You already are saving a dollar by calling fast in the long run,do you have equipment to rechamber the dome, , normally existing domes don't wor out well blanks are needed
  12. Lol yes rob, quick story for the rest , he had a set of my jugs many yrs ago I went ask him what type of port I was getting , durations, jetting so I could have everything ready. With an 8 ball cut up on the bench a beer in his hand said all u need to know is I take metal out
  13. Yes Jeff will if u ask
  14. At one time chuck was good builder, unfortunately he knows squat about banshees . He does build n port quite a few . He's the reason I started porting years ago . His magical jet size is 300 main every bike gets it rite wrong or indifferent. I have so many stories it's unreal he's the only one that gets away with charging to build a bike and let's it leave fucked up but swears it's the bomb
  15. I live 30 min from Robinson, I use them for street bike trannies , there the only thing that holds up and don't puke on the track . Hella cash tho
  16. I took the chuck wagon out of it lol.
  17. You need to cc the dome you have now . What series piston did u use
  18. You'll know if the rod is tweeted on teardown
  19. Like green said , needs to be ripped clean down and inspected by a qualified person not someone who's not banshee specific, someone who has all the tools to measure and check tolerances on crank, cylinders head, reeds , basket . Seems like you have a basket case . That why in my original post I asked if you hydro locked it
  20. Was there liquid in the pipes
  21. If you have the vin stamp it in
  22. Some of the tz failures I've seen the outer race split rite at the clip groove, I use oem half clip for the past 5 or so yes with no problems my guess is just a touch to much pressure on outer race . They'll live for a lil them boom
  23. Ramble on Brandon , I like hearing ur input , I told corgster to contact u on materials to use
  24. Is it possible you hydro locked it at some point,
