The other two I figure no news is good news. While it's not an ideal fix its an option as long as you know the reprocutions

  14. If you continue to have problems I'm probably 2 hrs from you , I trouble shoot/ tune/port/build these engines on the regular. Most shops have zero clue how to tune a shee . If I had to put money on it , you have some sort of air leak and electrical issues. Places like that keep my benches full

  20. Nikasil is a great product, keep up on maintaining top end with compression tests every 20 hrs once compression drops 5-7 psi or differs side to side change rings , my cousins 421 alky cub hasn't been apart in 7 yrs , I've see a 3 lb diffrence in that time
  21. Vitos used to use the 30L rod, u need 795 series wiseco pistons and cut domes. Do yourself a favor and replace the crank seals and inspect crank bearings, you would hate to put a brand new top end together and blow it up because you failed to do proper inspection. Are the cylinders already ported, if not they need to be adjusted for that crank . If your hesitant on doing it pm me
  22. I've put over135 hp on a 520 chain on asphault with no problems , more rotational mass no bueno
