  1. Cam 90% of the time it takes me to build a motor is prep cleaning. You can eat off my motors. I refuse to do it any other way reliable engines come down to diligence on assembly. Attention to detail is a great attribute along with patience. Some things you can't rush through!!!

  3. With the way I modded the frame pro circuits bolted rite up I just made rear sections for center exhaust. I'm pretty sure wacko 2000 might still have them I biult him a custom set of snipers , when Jim was still around he sent me pipes with nothing welded together, I was able to spin/cut/ bend snipers rite in there

Those look too far gone from pics but if u get it for a decent price nikasil isn't too expensive. it might be able to be honed but u won't know until a set of fresh Pistons are miced up and hone complete . The ex port looks shaped from the pic if u can get it for like 350-400 it's worth it, the triples are also squared up an enlarged

  9. The way I'm reading it he smashed too much air in there and there a weak seal or he blew it out , if that keyway is leaking it's gonna leak constant and won't stop when you get to 6psi it will continue to leak

  23. I always warm up engine real good on old plugs, change to new gapped plugs at start of my straightaway. As soon as I start bike take off through all gears hold sixth for 3 -1 thou then with throttle stil wide open pull clutch and kill ignition , coasting n breaking doesn't matter
