  4. I'll put a call out for you but the guy I know is a pack rat , he has 8 of these things . I built one about 10 yrs ago ported it for top end , he had s toomey exhaust on it and a pwk . This thing was fun even with my fat ass on it. You can get these engines to scream like a chainsaw on crack and I'm sure with pipe builders today get a set of handconed exhaust to compliment porting
  5. He has those modified custom hangers with the aftermarket rubber
  6. You need to check out Sloan Kettering in manhatten , they saved two people close to me and are second to none
  7. My original shop for skis, bikes was called south side performance in late 90s early 2000 so I would say go with him just for the cool name . It's a bonus he does great work

  10. My offer will stand gusto, I'm sure with the vast network this site has we can get it to me if all else fails. I can fab and wire just about anything so if people have a better way with 2position actuators so be it I'm all ears. I suggested the pingle because I have one here. I deal with a lot of drag motorcycles we use a 12v pump/reg and a battery . Either way get better keep your head up and hq will pull u through

  14. I don't know where your located but I would put it all together for you free of charge ,I also have a pingle air shifter setup and can pretty much engineer whatever u need for your handi-cap. Good luck brotha
  15. There's the first mistake. After doing it awhile I find it beneficial to do both cylinders at the same time , whatever your doing to one do the other . . For example, I use my 1/4 collet burr to cut windows on both intakes rite away and use that tool in both cylinders as long as I can until I have to change tool shape to fluff the ramps . I do the same for each bit . Keeps it consistAnt for sure. Do me a favor send me a pic of the exhaust port with the piston at the top of the transfer windows so I can get a visual of time/area before transfers open . You might need to increase time/area with that low of a blowdown . Whenever you hog the intakes and get more fuel up the tunnels you need enouph area to get get it out before transfers fill cylinder again
  16. Try the toomey needle 3 clip, u won't know till you try . If you've exhausted all clip positions on the stock needle and still arnt happy give it a whirl
  17. Tom told me the same porting specs for the r3s. I'm not a fan of that low of a blow down so I went with my usual numbers , they ran really well
  18. Since your feeling so giving this season I'm looking to have a new press plate machined to split cranks apart the one I have now works but it's very rough , I would love to have one that's true n square this way cranks press apart nicer
