is it the only gear that sticks out of clutch side that spins freely??? If so on my other bottom end i can spin it free and wont move any gear The bottom that made the noise when i spin it sounds dry and turns the gears inside

There was alot of clutch material in the oil il look at it (Sleeper06)

And it sounded clear to me like it was on sprocket side but noise does travel

Whats the proper way then? Feel like pull the lever

Witch one is idler bushing And clutches seem to be in good shape Arrows that meets up where clutch cable links up but does that necessarily mean im adjusted??

Anybody have any clue it was running fine then next day i rode it It just started grinding away i thought forsure inside gears were gonna be fukd but not 1 tooth is grinded so whats that mean maybe the bearings??

Stops as soon as i pull in the clutch!!!! I have it all tooken apart alredy gears are in good shape no missn teeth or nothing I can sometimes make the noise just by pushin it in gear with clutch in (not running) i have a video but no way to put it on here?

Im still waiting to see how that goes I did everything to spec I put it together and fired up first kick after that started having trouble with this spark issue and it would turn on here n there but not enough to ride it How do i break it in or what to check or do before riding it

I dont have my air filters on u think that would do it Or because my mufflers have a lil leak where it adapts to the silencer??

What is a leak down test?? sorry im learning as i go on these shees use to just hop on and ride not try an fix em But no shops around here work on 2 strokes

Started i put OE coil back on and she fired up Fukn headache over china parts Now i gotta figure more problems shee startn revn by er self went to kill it and ddnt turn off Took the wires off spark plug while running and still ddnt turn off ripped the gas lines off and it finally died Thought my fresh top end was gna pop What can i do for that shit not to happen while riding Just started revvin on its own was iding fine Carbs outta sync??

Harness checks out good tho but il start looking for 1 I made my own boots the old school way like MSD wires But still no spark i kno theres contact shockd the fuk outta me but still dont fire at plugs

Its tellin me 1409 I get spark on one side at times But got zapped by other but was not showing spark at plug Swap plugs did the same
